My name is Mike Phillips . I have been with Rock Staffing for three months now. I deal with the office in Jenkinsburg. Theyre always real nice and professional when I have to talk with them. But , one out of every three checks, I always have an issue with. I am always getting shorted on my hours. They are very slow to fix any prohblems and I always have to go through such a hassle to get my pay straight. And then when I do prove that I am shorted on my pay, I always have to wait another two weeks to receive what is owed to me already. To me the staff is very kind and nice but there are to many issues with the pay periods. I know of others I work with that share my same views. If it wasnt for the pay prohblems I would rate.this company five stars.

Do NOT go through this staffing agency. I got a temp job through them and the company hired me full time yet rockstaffing deducted $50 out of my paycheck for a "drug test" and "background check" that I never even recieved. I have done a drug test through my job now which was FREE. Now theyre telling me to come up there for a drug test with them?? I dont work for this place anymore so why would I do that? Also this place sent 2 temps in to the company I work for and they stole a woman I work withs wallet as well as her prescription medication and a pair of costa sunglasses!!! Yeah right they perform background checks!!! Horrible, horrible, staffing agency and I am very lucky I no longer have to work through them. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I began working with Rock Staffing a little over a month ago, and I could not be happier with this company! Not only are the employees genuinely kind and good hearted, but they go out of their way to help everyone in any way possible. They do their best to place as many people as possible in positions that they can flourish and make a career out of. I have worked with other staffing agencies before, but at Rock Staffing, you fee like family. You are always greeted with a smile and theyre always ready to tackle anything. I would strongly recommend Rock Staffing to anyone that is in need of a job!
