I will never work for this staffing agency ever again! When DeeDee called me in she told me that the position I would be working would be stable and I wouldnt have to worry about it ending anytime soon. LIES! That Friday of the week I had started she called me saying she was pulling me from that assignment because it was about to end and was going to place me somewhere else the following week. I never heard back from them. I called and they acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about, DeeDee was always busy. Then when I did finally speak with her she kept telling me she didnt hear anything back from the company she was placing me at. Fast forward to last Friday I called because I wanted to do an assignment to get some extra cash in my pocket to have while I worked my other job. She started asking me questions rudely as if it was a problem I was calling to get work until I started my new job. She told me she would call back then hung up. I called right back because I told her I had 2 questions I wanted ask so Germicas or whatever her name is answered and I asked for a separation letter to have for my state assistance case, she rudely interrupted and said "We dont offer separation letters, and when we offered you jobs you turned them down!" She knew exactly why I turned them down because I couldnt work the shifts they were trying to put me on and I didnt have the proper shoes for the jobs they were offering. I never felt so annoyed with a company ever! I would not recommend anyone here. DONT DO IT!!

These people collect $10 from everybody claiming its for a background check. I applied for a desk job and then received a call to come in for a warehouse job. I never received a call back as to when to come in to get direction for the warehouse job. 2 weeks later, I call in to check the status of my app and they say that they decided not to give me a job. Staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. They only take CASH and dont give you a receipt for the $10. If they bring in 60 people everyday, Thats $600. Theyre open 5 days which is $3,000. $3 000 every week for a month is $12,000. This means they dont even have to give out jobs. Making applicants believe theyre hiring for $10 is paying their bills while we suffer. Go to Lyneer or Smart Staffing instead..... They send you to work THAT same day or the next. No fees involved. Ark Staffing is ran by black people and they sure know how to embarrass us. I own a business but wanted to make some extra bucks. I drove 45 minutes for their bullcrap. All of them drive old Mercedes-Benzs and have attitudes like they are on another level. I was in the best car on the lot! The old lady in there is a junkie, I used to serve people like her.

I had been out of work for about 1 year completed 5-10 job applications a day and I just couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting a call back. I had a lot of job experience and I was a recent college grad. The first few months it didn’t bother me too much as I was planning to going to Law School but once my plans changed, it became imperative that I found employment as my children’s wellbeing depended on it. That’s when I read a social media post about Ark Staffing so I sent my resume in and the very next day I was called for a interview. Within 20 minutes of being at Ark staffing I learned the reason why I hadn’t been getting callbacks from jobs-my resume was too long! The staff there guided me on how I should change my resume to make myself more marketable. They clearly explained there application process and I left there with tools I needed to continue my job search with a higher chance at success. Little did I know I wouldn’t be needing to as I got the job! They sent me on a interview with the client and hastily had me working the day following my interview. Thanks to Ark Staffing I am working again and I am forever grateful! Wonderful PeopleJ

Biggest joke ever. I had an interview & on that same day I had to pay 10$ for a "background" test. All around the office I seen signs saying immediate warehouse job available. After the interview they said okay well call you. Im thinking to myself you guys have jobs open that I am clearly trained & available for, never called. They called me a week later telling me to come in for orientation, I asked for what job the guy told me about it come to find out it was an hour away. Im not driving 2 hours everyday for 9.00 thats just dead. Then they call me 2 weeks after that, I didnt answer the phone. They left a vmail saying they had something open. I called back they say oh you dont qualify for that job. So why did you guys call me. As you can see they are very unorganized & I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for a call. Dont waste your time or your 10$. They actually get a -5.

They steal your money An hours An got the nerve to catch a attitude when you tell them about it An want it fixed they play dumb like they dnt kno what you talking bout they also lie about jobs told me there will be Ac bt it wasnt sent me to a hundred degrees warehouse sweating like a slave almost passed out sent me to another job say its women there Im like why Dede the lady in the office telling me that i get to the job Im the only women there warehouse full of men like why lie so much An didnt pay me for the hours I worked at the hot warehouse An stole hours I work An the second warehouse job DO NOT WORK WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL ANIMALS !!! The OLD ME WOULD HAVE KICKED THEY ASS FOR PLAYIN WITH MY MONEY BT THEY GOT IT COMING FILING A LAWSUIT ON THEM!!!

I was not impressed by their services either. I was contacted about a position that they needed to get filled ASAP. I agreed to come in on a Saturday to get my paperwork and pre-employment testing done. I was told that the position would last about 6 months. After working for about 2 weeks, I was told the assignment was ending and not to return to the client. I was floored, because the client was quite busy and there was plenty of work that needed to be done. I asked the reps. at Ark, did I do anything wrong and they assured me that I didnt. So I was confused as to why I was told the assignment would be at least 6 months and it ended up being on a couple weeks. After that experience, I no longer have confidence in this agency.

If I could rate Ark Staffing Company lower than the choices given, I would rate them extremely below average! I had the worst experience with this company and they need to examine their associates for the sake of the entire company. Mrs. Renee is rude, unprofessional, belligerent, a sorry excuse as a black business owner. She has poor hearing, a haughty attitude, no communication skills and has no idea what karma is. I hope that she does not come across the wrong person; they will not be as passive as I was and she may not be so lucky. Ark Staffing...if you are reading this... get it together because there are other staffing company who may win the race to success!!!!!!
