My 1 year old barely lasted 3 weeks here before we immediately pulled him out after he came home with FOUR bite marks- one on his cheek, one on his left forearm, one on his right forearm and one on his back. We understand 14 month olds are unpredictable and biting happens but NO ONE told us about any of the marks nor could they tell me what happened. I called immediately after we got him home and cleaned all the dry, caked-on snot that was on his face (most likely from crying). Not one incident/boo-boo report was filled out for me to sign. It took me calling asking what happened for them to have any idea he even had marks on him; there was no way you could miss them (it happened June 6 and its June 19 and there is still bruising). There is no way my child was not crying or screaming when being "attacked". I went in the following day to talk to the directors who were very apologetic but that is no excuse as to why a child come homes with 4 bite marks and it takes you a full day to get back with a parent as to what you THINK happened because you had a field trip to go on (talk about priorities). Asked them to have the owner to reach out to me in hopes the video tapes showed what happened, never heard from her and you cannot see my son in the camera shot they pulled up. To this day we are still not positive as to what happened because the two teachers were apparently occupied.

When we moved here from California in August and my son went 2-3 days a week as a drop in and this wasnt new for him. He had been attending preschool for a year and never really had problems before other the normal fussiness. He became very clingy and cried everytime he thought he was going to go to Storybrook and when we started to drive there he would cry and beg me not to go. I took it as he was copping with the move and all the changes. Then my son told me almost everyday that a certain boy was hitting him. There were 2 incidents (back to back) where he came home with marks in his face. One day it was a gash on his head and the next day it was red scratches down his face. They did the normal boo-boo report and explained what happened. I spoke with the teacher and front desk lady and asked how they handled the kids who got in trouble for hitting. They dont do time outs per-say but put the kid at a table with a book for quiet time until the incident is calmed down. The teacher he had seemed nice and would hold him when I left because he would be Very upset. Before these incidents happened I asked his teacher about time out and the boy who had been hitting my kid she told me "were not suppose to but I tell them to hit back."

My child was enrolled for a very short time. The place is nasty. When you walk in the door it smells like burnt food and dirty diapers. The teachers are not very educated and were not very well kept appearance wise. The whole place had a "ghetto" feel about it. Very low class establishment. There were several safety incidents that the owners refused to acknowledge and handle appropriately- in one case my child was bitten by the same child almost daily for 2 weeks, and there was nothing done about it. They did not clean the bite nor did the take any steps with the parent(s) of the other child. - And I know this as fact because the owner asked me what I expected her to do. Overall, this was NOT a good experience. My childs time there was brief, but I am so glad that there are new childcare centers in the area now so that if I ever needed to return my child to care outside of the home, I wouldnt even have to consider this place.

This daycare is GREAT!!! My children have been going there for several years now and they love it!! I especailly appreciate everything that their staff has done to help me and my children feel so safe and welcomed. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who wants their children to be well taken care of and loved as each of them were their own.

My children go here and I love this place. The workers are always so professional and loving towards the children. They treat them like their own. The facility has done some upgrades and it all is so clean, fresh and stocked with plenty of toys and activities for the kids. Best of all, their rates are exceptional! Love this place for my kids!
