Went into the store after being told on the phone they had an item that I was looking for to find that they only had the display. Was told to purchase it on line so I did once I drove back home. After confirmation of the order, which was going to the store for free for me to pick up later, I received an email saying I could pick the item up already ( 5 minutes from ordering ). Come to find out I cant get the item at all and they had to refund my money. Turns out if the store has ONE even if its the display, the item cant be ordered and this is an item that just went on sale today. Come on Office max, just put a little thought into things. You have to have merchandise to sell or at least have a way to get it for you to sell something to a customer. Why put something on sale if you dont have it.

Disappointed! I dropped off some things that needed to be copied and bound into a book for my 1st grade class on Friday and called to check the status on Saturday. The employee said she was working on it. On Sunday they were still working on it and about to close. The employee stated that I could pick it up on Monday and I told her that I needed the books for Monday morning. They worked past closing and my books were ready about 8pm that night. Ridiculous! I appreciate them for working overtime, but upset that it wasnt complete within a timely manner.

We (myself, coworkers and even customers of ours who have commented on this) have NO idea how this store is still open. So many times you cant find anyone who works there on the floor and have to go to the service desk and ask them to page someone (if anyone is at the service desk). Long lines many days at the print area. Basically this is a place you go for paper and pens or if you KNOW you need no help.

I put in an order for my HOA fliers. The first time they came out great. Just recently I was in a rush and didnt check them before I left. Most of the prints were off centered. I didnt call the store back because we had time sensitive information on the fliers and we needed to make sure that we got them out the same day I picked them up.

Better customer service needed. Ive been shopping at this location for over a year....sadly very little has changed. I understand that it gets busy sometimes...but on more than 1 occasion Ive waited & waited without even being acknowledged. A simple...hello...well be right with you goes a long way.

Office Max has just about anything you need or can think of, to keep your business your & running. Or just you home office/finance needs. They are the only place around here where I can get ink refills for my Cross pens. They also have a very courteous & knowledgeable staff.

The tax free weekend was crazy and even though I got over charged by accident (remember it was crazy) the staff was very nice and incredibly helpful. They constantly updated people in the line and tried to get people at as fast as possible. Will be going again!

Anytime I visit everyone is very helpful. I recently went on mothers day to pick out a computer for my mother, sale s rep help me pick out the computer that was just right based on what I described she likes work on computers.
