I went there for small shipment. I got a box from the bin and it was $2.25. Then store associate came and said that they could do the packaging for me and that I didnt need to bother with packaging myself. When I wanted to pay she said my total was ($39.20). I told her that I dont ever remember paying this much for such a small box thats only domestic fedex ground (cheapest service). I wanted to pay for the box and take it to somewhere else to ship it. Then she told me that I had to pay $12 for a freaking small box (12"x9"x6). She told me that there is bubble wrap inside and paper to stuff it. Its a god damn tiny box, how much of a bubble wrap could you possibly stuff in there anyway? I told her that I wanted to do the packing myself and she told me it was $2.25. And you offered packing as if it wouldnt cost me a dime extra. I told her I would have understood if the price came up to $5-$6, since she took a minute to pack it and used some precious rarely found bubble wrap. But from $2.25 to $12 box? Just because I decided not to pay $40 box for 3 day delivery? This place lacks business morals and so opportunistic about rip off. They do not care! I went to USPS and did a priority for $13 still saved $15; even after $12 rip off!

Just got my birthday party invitations done there and they look fantastic! I just sent them an email with my info and they took care of it in under 2 hours. They look professionally done, which says alot. It takes more than a business name to do the job. It takes the experience these guys and gals have.

Horrible customer service. I have been dropping the same items there for over 4 years and today, they tell me "oh we cant take your package, you are going to have to take it to Bob Arnold location. Such piss poor attitude.
