I would give this place negative stars if I had to. I have found a better Minuteman Press in Fayetteville who are wonderful and do not turn away business, but they always do a GREAT job and if they are busy, they let me know in a very nice way that it cannot be done on time- which is completely understandable because I know how busy printers are. The Minuteman Press in Peachtree City is so rude, they have screwed up orders and blamed it on me ("you designers really make it harder for us to print, if you did not put these polka dots on there- it would not be so difficult"- I am a graphic designer and if my clients want polka dots on the the design, I will have to have it printed that way). If this happened with the other Minuteman Press, Kelly would call me and discuss it- and come up with a good solution in a very nice manner. That way I could call my client and make it right before picking it up with a poor printing job- which would reflect badly on me. It was the delivery of their messages, the tone of voice Rick used with me, and the fact that they treat me with no respect. Another example of what they did is emailing me in all caps and saying "AS I TOLD YOU, I WOULD MAIL THE ORDER. I DID THIS." in response to me asking if they had mailed an order that they made a mistake on to a client that was waiting on it. They were SO rude about handling business with me, and I am not sure if it is because I am a younger woman, or because I have high maintenance clients (brides) and I needed things done correctly (which most printers would understand), or why they thought they could treat me this way. I felt as though I was walking on egg shells by placing an order with them, and that I had to be overly nice just to get them to do a halfway decent job. They made so many mistakes that I spent way too much time going over there and trying to fix things. On top of that, they were rude about their mistakes. I have never in my life been treated with such bad service when I am the client. Minuteman Press in Fayetteville is lovely to work with, Kelly does a fabulous job and I am very happy that I have found a different and nice printer. Even though they are a longer distance for me to drive, I will make the drive so that I can see Kellys smiling face, instead of being scared of getting fussed at by MMP in Peachtree City for a mistake they made. Kelly is completely sweet and WONDERFUL- plus the quality of the printing is ten times better. She even goes out of her way to deliver orders to my house- which she offers to do for people, I would never expect that! I never write bad reviews on companies, but the Minuteman Press in Peachtree City completely deserves this.

I needed my business cards fast. They arent "plain Jane" ones either. Most others were saying it would be 1-2 weeks. I called Rick Barnes, and even though he was heading out of town for his fathers funeral, he made arrangements to not only place the order to receive in a week, but he also printed me a small lot of cards which were almost as good as the ones I was ordering to get me by for the week. No charge. Made me want to use him again. And again. If a funeral doesnt stop the customer service, what other barriers can they work around and through for you?

Rick Barnes at Minuteman Press is doing a great job! Talk about fast and reliable services!! I had several print jobs for him and they all were done quick and accurate. And the prices are absolutely fair as well. Thats the only company I will use for whatever printing Ill have. I spent 15 years in advertising and marketing, dealing with printers for my clients. I used to find mistakes for a living! With Rick, you dont have to worry. If theres a faster, easier or less expensive way to get the same great results, hell tell you. And hes all about technology for sending him artwork. What a great resource to my business. He does all my work WITHOUT doing competitive quotes.

They actually dropped our products off at our business for us and have worked long hours to make our deadlines. Rick and Sheila Barnes offer a full line of products. Flyers, banners, business cards, bindings, signs, stationary, note pads, and more! They exceed abilities of other printing companies by far. If you havent done business with them then you have never hired a "real" printer!

I wasted time and money getting my cards printed by some online venders - Cheep and they showed it! I gave the job to Rick at Minuteman Press and the job was completed on time, and they look great! Ill never go to other printers again.
