Bad customer service. Called the store around 8 to see what time they were closing & 1 of the guys I believe his name was Jay told me that if I can get there before 9 he could fit me in. I was driving from Marietta so I arrived at exactly 838pm. When I got there I tried to open the door & it was locked. There was a guy still inside cutting hair in the 1st chair on the right he told me no more tonight while Im telling him I called & got here before 9. Wasted my gas coming out here & didnt like how they did not stick to there word especially if I did my part by showing up before 9. Not the biggest deal but still felt like they could of handled that much much better.

Ever since I started going, everytime I walk in they make you feel welcome. Ty, the barber who has cut my hair for the past 2 years never seems to fail to impress me. The same barbers are there everytime which is good because other places you would see new ones every week it seem like. Definitely a great/friendly atmosphere inside with big screens playing mostly sport channels. I would highly recommend this barber shop for anyone looking to choose out of the 10 other haircut places in Hiram.

Took my son in here a last week and the first guy to the right. Jay or jap I believe his name was DID AN AMAZING JOB. Real detailed work takes his time and does very well with children. If you are in this location and want a good quality haircut hes the man to go too.
