This was my 2nd time visiting this locstion. This time was ok but not the best as the 1st visit. I asked for a cold sub because I didnt like how the steam from the heated meat wilts your lettuce and tomatoes. My sub was sloppy in appearance and he left off the spicy mustard,which enhances the sub flavor. The bacon was a joke because the pieces were small and you could hardly taste its flavor. The bread was kinda hard too.. So its suffice to say I will be going back to Subway. At least w/ Subway, you can have your sub toasted and your add-ons dont be wilted. I was trying to find a new sub place..

If youve driven by a Firehouse Subs & havent gone in you should. Being canadian there arent any locations for us to enjoy so I only get to eat at Firehouse Subs a few times every year. The subs are fantastic - I particularly enjoy the New York Steamer. But not only that but the service is top notch. They welcome you at the door, are respectful & cheerful, It is a pleasure to eat there.

Workers never did come by our table asking if the food was okay and if we needed anything. And I asked for something on the side multiple times and one of the workers kept saying he would bring it out but never did. The food was great and the workers at the line were nice and it was a overall good experience.

The crew at this location do a phenomenal job with the food. Ive never had a bad experience at Firehouse, but this store is exceptional. Please keep up the great service.
