Coupon policy is stupid would not even offer to make it right for a repeat customer that drove out of his way to eat at their restaurant and to spend my money there. There are a lot of restaurants in metropolitan Atlanta and there are even more fast food restaurants I chose this Chick-fil-A because they had a special buy one get one and all I wanted was a buy one get one of a same priced xitem. Not only was the person at the front rude toward me not even offering to get a manager but I had to stand there until manager wasnt busy to attend to ask one more time before I left. upon calling the store, the person I initially spoke to was very friendly and he apologize for the miscommunication. The second person I spoke to her being placed on hold told me point blank what the policy was and did not even attempt to offer to satisfy a paying customer. Even if the customer is wrong you still try your best to make it right. This has left a very poor taste for Chick-fil-A in my mouth and especially this location. Also on a side note, other Chick-fil-A locations that I had acknowledge are owned by different people take coupons for items as long as they are the same price I have even paid the difference between one item or another.

I love CFA and eat there frequently. I have never been disappointed with the food. However, this location has consistently slow service. It is not unusual to wait for 20 minutes in a drive thru line of 4 or 5 cars. Its crazy. Tonight I went inside and it was just as bad. I live down the street but I am officially giving up on this location. I will go over to Old Milton Pkwy or the Avenue. Usually CFA sets the standard in customer service but this location is unbelievably bad.

We order large orders for the company I work for. I typically call ahead for a pick up order. They never give us the entire order. I Spent an extra 15 minutes going through the order and going back and forth into the store. They left out an entire salad, a fruit cup, and various other things that were on the ticket. The food is always very good. But, we will be looking for a more efficient place to order our lunch from. Because, this is the 3rd-4th time this has happened.

This particular Chick Filet is not kid friendly. Unlike most CFs that give free ice cream to kids with a meal, They literally told me that my kids had to trade in the toy they got with their meal to get an ice cream. We spend $18.00 and the operator choses not to give 10 cents worth of ice cream. This silly, short-sided thinking just lost this location a customer. There are plenty of other great run Chick Fillet locations near by! We are never coming back.

The worst managers and owners i have ever seen all liers dont care about customers only money avoid at all cost. Choose somewhere else ur life may depend on it. Didnt care about hair being in their food and this is the owners we are talking about told us tough if we dont like it dont eat it asked if we coyld bring it back and get our money back was told hell no so u tell me how hygiene fits into their customer service or food making ability!

I like chi-fil-a, I have always enjoyed the sandwiches as a child. The location is close by where I deliver. It is convenient to either to walk up to or drive my semi if I need other items from the local Kroger or local AT. The staff are always polite . I like that I can get the lunch menu items at breakfast time if choose to wait an additional 5-7 minutes.

We love the outdoor play area! This location once let me come back and pay later when I realized I forgot my wallet at home after we had ordered. I have had several orders at this location with missing items. Occasionally the staff just doesnt seem to have it all together. This location also gets pretty busy and wait times can be a bit long.

Services are slow and when I was greeted and buying my breakfast this morning, a very sweet young lady named Evelyn was the nicest girl but everyone else seemed to be busy but handling the customer without the typical southern hospitality. Oh well. I am happy I made it to work considering the ridiculous line. Mucho Gracias!

We love chick-fil-a, but dont go to this location specially Saturday night ,as you know they close on sundays and somehow they Dont know to cook how much to be able to provide fresh food. Our chicken strip was at least for 5 hours ago, wrist than walmart, and the manager pretend he didnt know about it!

I have been ordering take outs for past few months and off late noticed that they dont paper napkins or fork and knife in the bag which is quite irritating as you expect them to be in the bag when you order a take out. Not sure if this is an oversight or negligence. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

I asked for no pickles, and the drive thru attended repeated twice. An low an behold PICKLES i dislike all idiots and this lil girl at this drive thru on 11/12/16 @345PM IS just that. Im very allergic to pickles and now i have a rash Thank u chick fli a my attorney will love this

This location is always busy, so their service is a little slower than other CFAs. But everyone there is friendly enough, and the food is always good. I eat here about 1-2 times / month, and have never had a bad experience. Good place to eat by yourself or with friends/family.

If you want to have quick lunch or dinner to go (and you dont afraid of "Fast Food") - it is good place to do it, various chicken burgers & naggets, you can even use mobile application - and order your food 15 minutes in advance just to quickly pick up!

If you like chicken, this is the place for you. Its the same as most other Chick-fil-A locations, but the outdoor area is often a bit dirty. But, chick-fil-a is almost as prevalent as Starbucks, so you have tons to choose from.

Love this Chickfila. Sometimes it is crowded, but there are plenty of parking space around, and the staffs are nice. We visited this location regularly, and strongly recommend it.
