I not happy at all with this company and people if you thinking about using them to help you find a job i will say think frist me and my roommate called and set up a interview we told them he been in prison and have a background with felons they said it was not a problem they take all backgrounds the day we went in for the paperwork and interview we again told our interviewer about my friends felony prison time and background and again she said it was not a problem this was 3 weeks ago still no job or any word from RANDSTAD so we called for a update and what we find out shocked us and outraged us my friend was waiting for RANDSTAD legal team cause of his pass trying to see and say if he was a risk to they company or not so cause of his pass his felonys prison time and background they judgeing him as a pass not who he is today if they told us the truth that his pass would be a problem we would have saved the time and closed minded and never would have apply to begin with company like RANDSTAD is why so many people who made bad mistakes end up right back in trouble or jail they set you up to fail sorry cause of your pass u can make our company look bad so we cant get you a job no job means no money to buy food or pay rent so no house and go hungery so go to what got you in trouble to begin with they need to survival also im so sick of companys and people housing owners and school cant give ex felons a chane to start a new life and be good and better them selfs its the 21 century and a new world companys people etc open up your closed minded mines and heart and see ex felons as humans that need and offer them help jobs places to live schooling heath care etc i have worked and know pass felons they are hard working smart nice and the friendly people i meet for real come on people and im very disappointed in RANDSTAD i will never go to them for help or any of my friends family or ex co workers

Theyre sincerely unreliable about work. Will have you out of work for 2 weeks before giving you a job that pays only a few days. It has happened to me several times with the same place, and they refuse to assign me anywhere else. One slip up and youre going home, doesnt matter if your issue is medical related, family related, etc... Youre a temp. Temp means replaceable. No matter how long or how hard youve worked there. There are positions they offer where its literally "dead-end" where the company you work for never hire you, so theres no chance for progression. Some people Ive met were working at the same place for a year and never got hired. Then they were gone 2 weeks later after the company ran into order complications. In that two weeks I kept calling in available and there was NOTHING. It got to the point I thought I was blacklisted in their office, I probably will be after this review.

Did I actually have to leave a star at all? the first week I worked I didnt receive a paycheck and the excuse was they didnt have my id. Or social but thats funny because a recruiter took a copy of my id and social. I was told he left the country and they couldnt find my copy. So i spoke with imari brunette and was told Ill get paid the following week. Well here we are the following week and I am only gettingpaid for 8 hours after working 24 hours. Ive been trying to speak with her but of course shes not answering now but had the audacity to email me and tell me im making a mistake. I know im not making any mistakes because my bf also works there and he has more hours than I do on his first check and we work the same exact hours . I hope you see this and decided my paycheck is worth a phone call you.

Nothing I called for an assignment, was asked where I lived. Once I informed of my location I was given a unacceptable excuse that I live to far away. I pled with the recruter and let her know I have reliable transportation and I dont mind the 30 to 45 minute commute. She denied me opportunity to work in Kennesaw because she felt I lived to far for $9.00 an hour. That was my decision, not hers. Will be reporting to BBB and Georgia Employment officals.

I have over 7 years of manufacturing experience, college university degree for IT, I speak advanced chinese, and they said my experience was not enough! Who do they think they are? Unbelievable! Its because I am not a nazi, so this trash nazi agency doesnt want to help non-nazis find any work.
