I am VERY impressed with Aerotek. What a professional staffing agency! The office is in a really nice suite in such a great accessible location, ground floor of the building as well. My agent Ben was a pleasure to work with in finding me a well suited position with a good company at a higher rate of pay than I ever expected. He and all the staff I dealt with were polite, courteous, very attentive with a great attitude and demeanor all together. I definitely felt like Ben listened to my strengths, interests and concerns, then selected a very good role for me to fill with great work hours as well. Aerotek pays weekly by the way, that is so awesome and hard to find with agencies in my experience. I am very thankful for finding Aerotek, Im currently working towards definite permanent hire after 90 days probationary period as a temp to hire associate. I am learning multiple valuable machine operating skills including industrial CNC machining and possibly even on the job welding training in the future. I have utilized staffing agencies multiple times in the past and have never seen one as great as Aerotek. Would recommend before looking anywhere else for work hands down! Let me say that the people who rate 1 star are those rude and detestable types with bad attitudes and no professionalism who expect everything handed to them. Unfortunately you get them at every staffing agency, they have no skills to seek work on their own much less the desire to actually work for anything. Best of luck in any avenue of life to those types, they definitely dont work at Aerotek.

To start out I was very happy with Aerotek. Then after 5 months of a 90 day temp to hire position that company needed another 2 months because of thier financials. Hmmmm. So after that I had to wait a week for my recruiter to get back from vacation before I could even inquire about a job. So they send me to another company, again on a 90 day temp to hire basis. After my 90 days is up my boss says, I think its 4 months. Hmmmm. Doing this again? Now the 4 months is up, my employer want me hired before the holiday next week, contacts Aerotek about it and they say I got 2 more weeks. 9 months I busted my ass for these liars that misrepresent thier positions to get screwed out of holiday pay. Ethics, morals? Not at Aerotek. Above all this because the manager knew I was unhappy so he refused to call me or even acknowledge me. He forced the innocent recruiter to take the heat. No way will I ever work for clowns again. Nor will I rcm anyone to them. Going to Aerotek is like going to a used car lot. Only the salesman at the car lot will likely have more ethics and morals. They tell you what you want to hear so you accept the job. They also tell the employer what they want to hear so they accept the employee. Obviously not and honest company to deal with. Cant imagine ever needing a job so bad that a person would have to use Aerotek for a job. This Florence KY office is a disgrace to employers and humanity.

My name is Andrew. I contacted a recruiter by the name of Corey. He took down my information what I was good at.what I like to do and what my schedule was .when I could work when I couldnt work . And all of a sudden within a few days it was Cory inform me of a job that he felt was fit for me.. And he couldnt of been more right !! I got one of the most amazing jobs ever had my life.I am happy!! I have a future with this company !! Most of all I have a career !! I plan on staying at this job for many years to come!! Cory has went above and beyond and ways of communicating with The employer as well as with me through emails, phone calls ,even text messages from his personal phone to see how is doing how was your first day are you liking your job ?? He would even text or call or email after business hours or in the early hours of the morning knowing I was on my way into work. He genuinely cares about you getting a job..he does his job very well!! In my opinion hes one of the best !! I tip my hat to him and say to anyone reading this.if you have a skilled trade or just need a job let Cory know what it is youre looking for.. and I can assure/almost guarantee you he will find you a job ,a future and a career !! Thank you Cory youre awesome never stop !!

Ive tried to be patient with Aerotek over the past few months, but my patience is worn out. After numerous different emails and messages sent and left with no return I have reached the end of my rope with the company. I was passed off to numerous different people after the first representative didnt seem interested in finding me anything. Half of the time the jobs he offered me werent in my area of study or were over an hour and a half drive way which he and I discussed that I couldnt do. Overall Ive felt nothing but neglect from Aerotek, so personally I wouldnt recommend using them.

I have a new job but doesnt start until mid October so Im looking for something in the mean time. I called Aerotek and spoke with a wonderful lady named Eden. She informed me that they typically do long term/to hire contracts. But she still sent me through to an agent who "might know more". And she did! I was talking with an Allison who was very kind and suggested a few places to me that are more for temporary situations. It was a great experience! Thank you!
