I always bring 30 dress shirts plus here and get them dry cleaned. Now last time I went they try charging me 3 dollars per shirt that Ive already taken because they claim its too Small and they need to be done by hand.... never had a problem before. All my shirts are regular sized 15 15.5 in neck with 32 arm length. The time before this I went and they gave me a shirt back that had bleach on the front. I check ALL my shirts before dropping them off at the cleaners because of stuff like this. They claim that I did it before I dropped it off so I just took the loss and didnt make a big deal. So last time I go and She claimed she didnt know what happened to my shirt because she doesnt work In the back.... so first I did it supposedly and now you dont know if your people in the back did it? Anyways, once she told me it was gonna be three dollars per dress shirt I said Ill just go somewhere else then because Ive never been charged that before. So she says "you people are all the same". What does that mean? I honestly dont care I just went to another cleaners that did my shirts just fine and didnt charge me that ridiculous price for no reason :) . Customer service needs improvement. Never going back.

This is the closest dry cleaners to my house. So my family uses it frequently. Weve had no issues in the past, but starting about 6 months ago, frequent issues have been occurring. Multiple times, they somehow "lost" pieces of clothing. One time I took a very expensive and important jacket just to get dry cleaned, and upon receiving it back, the inside had multiple bleach spots, and the zipper was so damaged, I couldnt zip it up anymore. When I asked about it, I was given vulgar attitude and was being told they never serviced that jacket. I mistakenly used them again again for my parents clothing after. And out of 26 pieces, I was given 18 back. 3 of which were not ours. Im not sure whats going on, but the shirts reeked of marijuana. And the mistakes are more and more frequent. I would advise finding another cleaners, where the employees actually respect the clothing of their customers.

Took a gown in to be hemmed. Should of followed the two state Yelp reviews. They turned a gown into a Hi-Lo dress the day before the event. When I took it back to the shop they offered to "fix" it but at this point I was too afraid to even let them touch it again. Worst part is all they did was give me lame excuses as to why they did it. Will never be going back. Stay away seriously.

Avoid this cleaners if all possible. If you decide to use even after my warning. Be sure and count the number of garments before and after ...several pieces of clothes (over 10 total) I never got back and when I inquired about the missing clothes the owner tried to play the jedi mind trick on me ...maybe its at home in your closet or you placed them somewhere else.

Ive been using them for months for my hisbands shirts. No complaints. The shirts are always ready when they say they will be and everyone is respectful. When I bring a short that will cost more, they alert me beforehand.
