I came in to get my wedding dress dry cleaned, they didnt clean it at all, all they did was press it. They had it hanging on the rack with no bag over it next to some dirty pair of overalls, they put holes in my dress and it was dirtier when i took it from them then when i brought it in. The lady tried to aruge with me the entire time that she wasnt the owner and she basically had no clue what was going on when she is the one that pressed the dress. I never wanted it pressed, why would someone get a dirty dress pressed, makes no sense. The place is filthy and customer service is awful. She then told me that they can dry clean my wedding dress for $130 but i had to sign something saying i take responsibility for it if the beading gets ruined. I grabbed my dress and got out of there as quickly as possible. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will ruin your clothes and try to make a fool out of you. Worst place i have ever been to! If there was an option for 0 stars, thats what i would give them!

I have been a customer for over 5 years. They do weekly pickup at my home and have always done an excellent job at a very fair price. Regardless of any type of company I deal with, when it comes to customer service, theyre at the the top. Something happened last week that renewed my faith that there are still honest people and companies in this world. When they delivered my dry cleaning, there was a note that said they had found $8.00 in my pants pocket and applied to my ticket. More importantly, I thought I had lost a valuable money clip that was my Fathers and guess what, they found that to. It holds very high sentimental value. This is the type of people and company you want to deal with. They have a customer for life!

I Stopped by here to get some alterations done. Im from out of town and It was my first time here. The lady who helped me was wonderful. Her name was Tina. She was so polite and kind to me. I could tell that she and the other ladies working here really cared about people. They made me feel valued as a new customer. I was so grateful to be treated that way. BEWARE!! I have been a loyal customer at Gary Holcomb cleaners for a little over a year now! I picked up my dry cleaning this past Monday only to find one of my husbands shirts had not been dry cleaned and had 5 different stains on it that were not there before. I brought the shirt by to show them and ask them about it and they were not helpful at all. Rude actually. Its sad because I really enjoyed giving a small business owner my business, but after today they lost a loyal customer! Id think twice before I gave them your business!

We really liked this place- friendly fast & locally owned... but they would break buttons on my shirts weekly, and more often then not, would not replace them/catch the error. If they could figure this out, Id come back...
