Overpriced for the area, decent service until something goes wrong then the little ticket taker employee over talks you and accuses you of wanting something for free. Save your money and support a company that respects your dollar and your business. Plenty of competent cleaners in the area that know the value of good customer service.

The young guy provides great customer service but the lady is extremely rude. The prices are above average and Ive had several clothing articles returned either missing buttons or with rips in them. Even though this location is most convenient for me, I will take my business elsewhere.

First time I took a my comforter there and it was $20 which is reasonable. 2nd time 3 months later its $24. Asked why and was told "I dont know, thats whats on the ticket". Will go elsewhere where pricing is consistent and they know what they are doing.

Usually they do a good job but the man didnt give me my discount of 15% even though I showed him the card all he said was "yeah okay okay" & the price didnt change. If youre gonna put a discount out at least own up to it. Pathetic never going back again.
