So for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to have this place do a simple task... military press my shirts. The first time I came to pick them up they were spot washed and not pressed, the lady explains to me that they didnt put it on the ticket and wasnt sure if Id be ok paying the extra $2 to have it pressed. She apologized and gave me the unpressed shirts to me for no cost for spot washing them. So I gave them the benefit of doubt and left 2 more there and she reassured me that they would be completely cleaned and pressed this time, well the next day I go to pick them up, they are not pressed once again but the lady once again apologized and pressed them quickly telling me they forgot to put it on the slip this time... So I left 2 shirts and pants with this lady as she seemed like she knew more than the last lady and I seen her write on the slip M/C (military crease). So go to pick them up today and yep no M/C in the shirts and says nothing can be done until tomorrow morning at 8:15 am... I need them at 6:00 am maam... oh sorry nothing I can do for ya... DONT GO HERE!!!!!

i came in to do 4 bags of laundry. (All were separated from whites, darks, colors, towels) small loads and i came in at 8:20pm (8:30 is their last load) they close at 10pm. I started putting in all of my laundry and a blonde woman approached me and told me i had to leave because i didnt have enough time to wash 4 small loads at the same time. Anyone with eyes could see it would take an hour to do. I then had to take out my clothes and go elsewhere...I have never been talked to so rude and maybe its because i look young but that was the rudest customer service i have ever experienced. I actually work in the same plaza (lol) I used to be a server i know about customer service and i would be FIRED if i ever told a customer "sorry you have to leave you dont have enough time" ????????????????????? rudest woman and i will never be going there again! Ever-clean down the road is way nicer and they have a better selection of washers down on center rd :) They also pay for soap on certain days! So unless you want to be potentially talked down to and kicked out i wouldnt go here!

The worst of the worst!!! This dump has no hot water, mold growing in their filthy machines, and an owner who claims the water heater is out due to weather (its 72 degrees outside). Dont waste your time or money on this place. You are better off using a dirty bucket and hose at home. Just awful!!!

They still use machines from the 70s that cant stop once started. Good luck if make any mistakes because thats an extra charge to do another load. When asked, the blonde lady said, "we have signs posted". I do not recommend this laundrymat.
