Horrible experience. I realize the first part of this is my fault but the rest of it was horrible service by Everclean laundrymat staff. I visited laundromat on February 13, 2017 at 5:40 PM put a load of rugs in the washing machine left for 40 minutes to go to Meijers do grocery shopping came back somebody stole my nice rug. When I approached the staff/tenant that was working that night she said they have no responsibility. I then asked if I could speak with s manager. She said I could try to call the manager tomorrow. The next morning I called during open business hours got an answer machine & left a message but noone returned my call. I called again that evening got the same staff tenant that worked the night before was very vague sorry I told you I couldnt do anything were not responsible. I Called again the next day during business hours a lady answered the phone and she said they were not responsible, we post sign saying that. I said I realize it was my responsibility leaving my laundry unattended, what Im trying to communicate to you guys as you have surveillance cameras I would like that footage replayed I know the exact 40 minutes I left my laundry in the washing machine I would like it replayed and if we can print out any footage of that and post it to beware of this individual whi grabbed a rug from another customers washing machine something to make this person accountable or to draw attention to that person & beware. The employee told me sorry the owner is on vacation till the 24th nothing can be done until then. I said no one can play that surveillance footage before that? Her reply, nope sorry bye. Very rude very dissatisfied how this was handled. I realize its a lesson learned for me not to leave my stuff unattended but I am glad I have other laundry mat choices togo to in future.

The worst Laundromat Ive ever been to! We recently moved into our new house and have yet to pick up a washing machine so we figured, why not just take our clothes to the local coin laundry? Well.... Dont bother with this one. It appears clean but you quickly notice that almost all of the smaller machines are out of order as well as most of the driers. I finally found an open and running machine and started the first load. I noticed the dispenser where you fill the soap had mold growing in it. Not good. After starting a second load I noticed that the water was ice cold. It turns out that the entire business has NO HOT WATER!!!. When I complained to the owner he told me that the water heater was broken due to the weather and that he posted a small sign (hidden behind a mop) saying "No hot water". Its 72 degrees outside! He then yelled at me that cold water works just as well and ran off. I paid over $7 to have my whites washed in ice cold water! What a joke. Learn from my mistake and dont waste your time or money here.

I usually dont make a reference about other reviews, as its your right to have an opinion, however, Ive used Evergreen for years, compared to the crazy overpriced, inadequate laundry services in the area, Evergreen is at least staffed by pleasant and HONEST people. Yes, its an old building, but at least they dont rip you off on out of commission machines, they actually try to help or refund if a machine youre trying to use does quit. Also, for those who dont like doing laundry, theyll even wash and fold it for you for a reasonable price. That being said, Thank you to the staff.for your patience and your hard work..its appreciated. A happy customer☺

The night attendant has NO CLUE about the Americans with disabilities act and locks the handicap accessible door first, and also blocks the closest washers from being used. She also is VERY RUDE to those with disabilities. Because she sees you walk in, she ASSUMES that walking is no big deal. Well, until you walk a mile in my shoes, you can just shut your mouth. Doesnt care one damn bit about the disabled community. I suggest finding a laundromat that follows the law, doesnt have rude attendants and just isnt here!! The single load washers cost the same as a double load washer too, pretty much a rip off.

Dont waste your money here. Machines barely wash clothes and you will have to re wash them, and that still wont get them clean. If a dryer isnt working, the staff (when you are able to find them) will just argue with you about it. Its not clean and you can tell they dont care about the place. Highly recommend somewhere else to take your laundry.

Nice Laundromat for a neighborhood go to for washers and dryers. But some machines outdated. Reasonably priced overall clean. Restrooms. Wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking. Tvs and vending machines available. Also located close to Meijer Grocery store, for Convenience. A few restaurants in the area

I showed attendant dirt and rocks that was rolling around in one of lying dryers and all I requested was two quarters to move my clothes and she said all dryers had dirt in them. after I spent $30 dollars from washing there this day with blankets etc. used them weekly, never again

Please step out here. The machines are old, junks and not working well. So dirty everywhere and feels like creepy house. I want to give zero star but I should give one at least. Find out other cleaners near you if you do want to feel more comfortable to wash yours.

Although the place is old, and many machines are marked as not operational, my clothes get clean, and the staff members--especially Tuesdays for free dryer day-- are super nice. I have tried a couple of other places in town, and they dont compare.
