I had been a customer of Pristine Cleaners since they opened at this location. I had been a frequent customer and had no issues until recently. However, now I will never take my business there again nor would I recommend that anyone else do so. I brought a down white comforter in for cleaning that had a 3in by 3 inch yellowish stain. The comforter was reviewed and tagged for cleaning. I picked it up a few days later with the expectation that the single small stain was removed. Nothing was said to me upon pick up, so I assumed no issues. However, when I got home and unfolded the comforter there were several very large brownish red stains covering over 50% of the comforter. The stains appeared to be blood or rust. I took the comforter back to the location and since a manager was not available I left my number and waited 4 days until I heard back. When I was finally contacted, the manager and owner were extremely rude and denied staining my comforter and accused me of lying and dropping off my comforter in that condition. They attempted to make no amends for what they had done to my comforter and outright called me a liar. If my comforter was dropped off in that condition 1) I would have noticed 2) they would have said something upon drop-off 3) they would have said something upon pick up to let me know they didn’t remove the stains. I would never again entrust my belongings to them. Of most importance, they were extremely rude when the issue was brought to their attention and took no accountability. They outright called me a liar when I have been a long standing faithful customer.

I used to frequent this establishment quite often upon moving to lawrenceville because they are, literally, up the street from me, so quite convenient. For the most part, they did a pretty decent job. Sometimes, however, I would get my shirts back with no creases in the sleeve, although I had specifically requested this detail. Not a huge problem; not enough to lose my business. What was enough, was when they broke every button on a French-cuffed shirt that I was wearing to an event (with a bow tie, so I could not just cover the broken buttons with a tie). There was no note saying that my shirt was damaged in any way, and it was something that absolutely was impossible to miss. I had been going there, like I said, for a while, and had notes attached in the past pointing out stains that could not be removed or, in one case, a small hole in a pair of trousers. I missed the buttons because I focused on the crease in the sleeves (which were executed perfectly this time), then the plastic bag went straight into my garment bag when I got home. I didnt find out about the buttons until I was getting dressed for this event and I was pissed! Im out in LA, less than three hours before an awards show; and no plan B. Make absolutely sure you send someone who knows how to alter/explain to you how you should alter your clothes when you go in for alterations. Had my daughters prom dress altered here and it was a nightmare. I was out of town and trusted the staff would know how to alter for dancing lengths. When we tried it on the night before prom it was uneven, and had 3 inches on the floor in the back. I acknowledge that my daughter should have walked around in it and someone may have noticed it was done incorrectly, but the staff did not make it clear that she should take more off the back because the dress itself was uneven. I did call and try to have a mutually agreeable resolution, but never received a return call ( the girl who took my number said 2 days) The alterations were sloppy, and staff not helpful in explaining the process.

Horrible business owner is rude and disrespectful I have been taking cloths here for a few years and the last experience I had will be the last. Took a white $85 shirt to be cleaned had red cake frosting in the back. Nothing was wrong with the shirt when I took it in then when I went to pick it up I always inspect my clothing I saw there was a tear under the right arm confronted whomever was working at the time and was told a manager would contact me then the a hole who called me back accused me of trying to scam money out of him and refused to pay for the replacement of the shirt. So dont take your stuff here there are better places to go will never go back.

Excellent customer service. I had very urgent meeting next day and needed someone to dry clean in very short period of time. I checked with few other places in the area before I came here. I reached around 9 something in the morning and they said they will have my cloths ready before 5 pm same day at no extra cost. I was very happy with job and customer friendly service. This is going my dry cleaning place going forward and would recommend to all my friends.

Impeccable customer service!! Pristine Cleaners did a fantastic job dry-cleaning our items, including a bedroom comforter, all at a very reasonable price. They even picked up everything from us and then delivered to us when the job was done – for free! I have recently used Pristine Cleaners for dry cleaning couple of suits and pants. They are awesome. Very customer friendly and reasonable price. They also have 10% discount for prepaying for the service. The best part is your stuff will be ready next day (even if you drop it at the evening). Most places i used previously asked for two or three days waiting period but not here. I highly recommend to others!!!

Owner is very disrespectful and doesnt know how to handle manners professionally. If I could rate negative stars I would. Never got to bring my business to store due to owner being tasteless when it comes to company grounds and wanting to hang up if over the phone. She quoted, that she "doesnt care if she gets business or not" so I will let everyone know, not to waste your time

Manali and Bijal are two great people I have encountered there. They know how to get the job done right the first time. I will continue with their service, being immaculate and very professional. BEST CLEANERS IN THE BUSINESS!! Clothes came out smelling and feeling great and they got rid of all stains and marks. Very affordable cost. On top of that, they came to my house and picked up my clothes and also dropped them. Definitely recommend Pristine Cleaners for all of your dry cleaning needs!
