THIS HAS BY FAR BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A BUSINESS. THE MANAGER CHRIS IS A HABITUAL LIAR. HE DOES NOT FOLLOW UP WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. HE GIVES YOU THE RUNAROUND EVERY TIME YOU CALL. I DROPPED OFF MY BOOTS DECEMBER 10, 2016 TO HAVE CLEANED. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE READY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. TWO WEEKS LATER, NOT READY. I WENT TO PICK UP MY SHOES FOUR WEEKS LATER AND THEY WERE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT I DROPPED THEM OFF. THE MANAGER CHRIS LAUGHED AND SAID HE WOULD SEND THEM BACK ON JANUARY 6, 2017. I WENT TO PICK UP MY BOOTS FOR THE SECOND TIME ON JANUARY 14, 2017 AND THEY STILL LOOKED THE SAME AS WHEN I DROPPED THEM OFF- SEE ATTACHED PHOTO. TO MAKE MATTERS WORST, MY SUEDE LACE WAS MISSING FROM BOOT. AS I EXPRESSED MY FRUSTRATION WITH THIS PLACE, HE CONTINUED TO LAUGH AND WOULD ONLY OFFER A 10 PERCENT DISCOUNT . HE PROMISED WHILE GIGGLING HE WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH THE WAREHOUSE AND GIVE ME A CALL I LEFT ADVANCED CLEANERS PISSED OFF AND FOUND A SHOE REPAIR STORE IN SNELLVILLE WHO RECONDITIONED MY SHOES FOR $8.00 AS OPPOSED TO THE $34.00 HE CHARGED ME TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.. I HAVE BEEN CALLING CHRIS EVERY DAY SINCE JANUARY 16, 2017 AND I CONTINUE TO GET THE RUNAROUND FROM HIM. I AM SO TIRED OF CHASING CHRIS. HE DOESNT VALUE HIS CUSTOMERS. THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT IN HIS BUSINESS. HE HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ONLY POSITIVE I HAVE ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE EMPLOYEE KELLY WHO HAS BEEN WORKING DILIGENTLY TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I AM ALMOST TWO MONTHS INTO THIS SITUATION AND AT THIS POINT, I JUST WANT TO BE FULLY REFUNDED SO I CAN PUT THIS HORRIBLE SITUATION BEHIND ME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

Horrible service my husband spends about 60.00 to 100.00 a week faithfully and he went in there this evening after he received a message about his clothing being ready and when he got there they said he didnt pay the right amount so they didnt dry clean all of his stuff picture that if we can afford to pay this business the amount of money we spend there why wouldnt you dry clean the close and lets us pay the money when we get there its not are fault that the man that works the front desk messed up be aware go some where else dont keep giving businesses your money if they dont treat you right theres to many business out here that know how to treat there customers

I took 2 brand new shirts and 1 pair of shorts to get pressed and starched on March 23, 2016 and was told that theyd be ready for pickup on March 24, 2016. When I checked my items after arriving at home they looked just as wrinkled as the day I took them to this Advance Cleaners location in Snellville, Georgia which lead me and my wife to believe that we were bamboozled out of our money. Please dont use this location!!!

I have been using Advanced Dry Cleaning since moving here 7 years ago definitely the best dry cleaner around. The service and attention to detail are top notch my wifes St John suits are immaculate and my shirts are perfect every time thanks.
