BURN MARKS ON MY NEW SHIRT I ASKED THE GENTLEMAN ABOUT HOW THIS BURN MARK GOT ON MY SHIRT AND HE SIMPLY STATED "IT WAS THERE BEFORE WE WORKED ON IT". On a new shirt? Unacceptable response! The worst part of it all was the attitude of the employees within the establishment. No empathy or care for the customers!
