The customer service is horrific at best! I brought a brand new bridesmaid dress to them to have it cleaned and pressed prior to my daughter wearing it for my nieces wedding. Upon removing the dress from the bag minutes prior to the start of the wedding my daughter discovered that the dress had been damaged during the cleaning process. They tried to blame the damage on us and are refusing to take responsibility for it! It is impossible that the dress arrived in their store in damaged condition. The dress had been tried on by her for hemming purposes and the halter straps were connected at that time with the hook and eye closures. One of the halter straps has the hook / eye missing and is frayed! Imagine the horror of discovering this just minutes prior to the wedding starting! I requested to have the cleaning / pressing fee refunded. They had one of the counter help call to tell me "There aint nothing they can do". Those were her exact words. I asked to speak with the owner....she said....."They aint here!". The manager Brian is useless and told me that they (the owner) said that since the dress has been worn there is nothing that the owner will do. If we had brought it back to them prior to wearing it, they would have done something. Are you kidding me! Seriously people.....if you dare use the services of this establishment.....please, by all means be sure to check everything prior to leaving the store because they will not believe you if you bring something to their attention that is not right. Brian even went to far as to tell me "If it was a suit or something, we would make it right". We have been long time customers of Pro Clean and will NEVER use them again and will not hesitate to share this very unfortunate situation. Safety pins to the rescue!

Went here for the first time today. Positives: the place is pretty big and they have a variety of washers and dryers. Regular sized, 40 and 50 pound washers and dryers, even ones for super fast drying. I thought the prices were reasonable. I paid $4.75 for a 40 pound washer and $2.25 for a regular washer. The dryers are 25 cents for 7 minutes. I set the dryers on high heat for 14 minutes and medium heat for 14 minutes, so a regular load of laundry will dry for less than $1.50. Also the staff is SUPER helpful. I saw them helping people several times even going as far as putting peoples change and soap in the machines for them. Negatives: I was really bummed when I took my two loads out of the washers because they were covered in animal hair that was left from the person before me as I have no pets. Luckily the dryers sucked it all out of my clothes. In all honesty that was my mistake because I dont go to laundromats very often and I should have checked it before I put my clothes in. Also the machine that sells soap, fabric softener, etc was out of laundry soap, but in my opinion that is to be expected if people are coming in and out buying it all day long. I brought my own anyway. There are vending machines inside, television, lots of tables to fold clothes on, places to sit. Theres also a public bathroom. I would definitely go back here.

Dropped off a brand new shirt to be laundered, starched, and pressed. Picked it up with lint and hair on it. They offered "redo" it for pickup available the next day. When I arrived, the shirt was in the same condition it was before, covered in lint and hair. The manager accepted no responsibility for their terrible service and poor work and was very confrontational when I brought the mistakes to his attention. Terrible business practice and no accountability for poor workmanship.

Very disappointed. Just moved here and brought 5 of my husbands shirts to be cleaned and pressed. All 5 shirts were unwearable when we picked them up. The machine pressed huge wrinkles down the back of all 5 shirts. Additionally, we had a pair of new suit pants for my son tailored at the bottom. They are at least 2 inches too short and they cut the excess out when they tailored them. Totally wasted money for the tailoring and the suit! Will never go back.

Pro Clean Grand Blanc is the best. I took an item in for cleaning on Monday after 4pm. The cleark said the item would be ready for pickup the following day after 4pm. Since I was in the area, I stopped in around noon the next day. My item was ready!. You cant beat that.

Clean facility, working machines, centrifuge available, well lit, vending machines, so many size machines to choose from and well marked. So worth the extra 8 miles to get here. Prices seem to be on part with other laundromats I have been too.

Best facilities. Go at night to avoid the owner. Owner speaks broken English and will approach you about over filling if he thinks that is what you are doing. I swear...it was under 85 lbs of wash in the seven dollar 85 lb washer.

They get the job done but I feel compared to prices of dry cleaning, its so expensive. For 1 long dress, it was about $14!! Other than that, their work is decent. There is also a laundry section, which I only saw but havent used.

This is the nicest cleaners and laundromat. It is clean, large, equipement is nice. If you cant do your laundry at home, this is a very nice place to have to go and do laundry. The people are friendly and helpful.

They ruined my dress completely ruined, took it to another place and they couldnt fix the wrong they did. They didnt even apologize and still had me pay for it!!! I would never go here, I know I wont.

Everyone is friendly enough but they have shrank and faded at least 5 brand new work shirts in the past 3 months! Its too expensive to keep this up so Ill have to go elsewhere.
