The only reason Im even leaving one star is so that I can leave a review this has to be the worst possible experience Ive ever had with a dry cleaning service I dropped off my daughters dress for her father daughter dance which is on the 25th I dropped the dress off to be cleaned pressed and have the crinoline starched on the 14th there was a small stain on the front of the dress which they assured me they would be able to remove and then other than that I just needed the crinoline starched and the sash around the top lightly pressed after having the dress for a week I picked it up paid the full amount brought it home hung it in the closet took it out of the closet two days before the dance and realized that they didnt do anything the only thing they did was put a tag on it and put it in a bag as if it had been cleaned I called them to make a complaint about the bad service and let them know that I was aware that they didnt do what they were supposed to the lady that answered the phone that claims to be the owners wife argued with me that they did and after a couple of minutes I realized that there was not going to be any resolving the matter I will never ever ever ever ever use them or recommend them to anybody worst experience ever!!!

Premier Cleaners lost my pillow sham when I took in my comforter set to be cleaned. They never apologized, and kept my other matching sham so they knew what they were looking for. For nearly 2 MONTHS I visited the store weekly to try and resolve this, getting no where each visit. Dikul Patel made multiple promises to find my lost sham, then make another matching one, and to finally return my money. Each time he told me he would call me the next day, but I only got one call. In the end, I was refunded the $5.90 to clean the pillow sham and $40.00 to cover the lost sham. But they would not return the one good sham, or refund me the cost to clean that sham. I understand mistakes happen, but a customer should not have to fight for the store to make things right. Not worth the risk of dealing with this business.

I went to this business for the first time this week. My order was not ready when it was supposed to be, and the man even argued that the time of pick up on my receipt was wrong when he was the one who had given me the receipt earlier this week. I was told to come back later and never received any sort of apology.

This cleaners provide excellent service and do good work.Many a times I need my clothes on same day and they have done it on same day.
