This is a shady business and will not be returning. I strongly urge you find somewhere else to do your laundry. The biggest concern is there is no hot water. Upon some investigating, I learned the hot water heater is shut off most of the time or if it is on, the temp is at the lowest possible setting (at all times). This is extremely disturbing as cold water will not kill fecal matter or other bacteria that builds up in the washers and you are, in essence, washing your clothes in the previous customers dirt that is deposited on the drum. Ever notice your clothes really arent all that clean? I paid for hot water wash and held my hand in the water flow for quite some time while the washer was filling up. The water came out ice cold the entire time. There was *maybe* one other person using the washers when I arrived so it wasnt a matter of all the washers being used at once. I even turned the hot water on in the service sink and it wasnt warm at all. The hot water is shut off in the bathrooms as well. There are many other issues with this business but the hot water issue affects everyones health.

Horrible service. I took a dress in to have the zipper replaced, went to pick it up on the day I was told it would be done and was told it wasnt done - I received no call from them to tell me this, even though they had my phone number. The next day the same thing happened, and I told them that I needed my dress back so that I could take it to someone who I could trust - they refused to give me my property, decided to call the police and then lie to the police - saying that my dress was not on the premises when asked by the police. DO NOT use Pro Clean unless you appreciate having your clothing being taken hostage.

Absolutely horrible counter service. Male owner/manager was so rude. Doesnt even bother to greet paying customers. Very condescending. I took my dry cleaning and walked out. Since my money is not appreciated or respected I will take my dry cleaning elsewhere. Would NOT recommend this cleaners. Drycleaning is mediocre at best anyway. Only gave it a "1" because there was no "0" rating.

Not only does staff have horrible customer service, MANAGEMENT is worse. But thats were staff gets it fromive been coming hereca while now . there is no hotcwayer it gets luke warm. But I WILL NOT BE RETUNING HERECEEVER AGAIN . If im going to spend my money Ill do it were u fell some ehay appreciated. These folks r just plane RUDE. SERVICE IS NO GOOD ..

It was crowded and not a great environment. People were rude and fighting over washers and dryers. People left their clothes in the dryers for an hour after they were done while others were waiting for one to free up. We were there for an hour more than we should have been because of the waits.

The directions were wrong and it said to put money in washer to unlock. Once I put the money in the door locked and they refused to do anything even when the directions on the machine. These people are crooks and this place should be closed down

I lost $4.00 in the machine by following their directions. They purposely post directions for their machines that trip you up, in order to make money off of you.

No hot H2o!!! My experience is not even worth me talking about it.....if you dont have a washer and dryer at home ....wash your clothing in a river or bathtub.

The management is rude, the staff is not knowledgeable about leather cleaning, and the facility is dirty. I would never return or recommend this location.
