I came in to the shop with a very expensive wedding gown hoping to have the bustle completed there. I was promised this would be completed to my standards, which of course were high, my goodness, it is my WEDDING DRESS!! Sensing my nervousness, the owner of the shop offered for me to be there while they were working on the dress, I jumped at the offer. We set a time between 330 and 4 and when I was on the way to the shop I was running late, so at 3:15 I called the shop to offer and reshedule. The Owners Wife said that he would call me back immediatley and an hour later I hadnt heard from him so I called again and said I was just going to head right over. My mother-in-law arrived there before me and the owner of the store handed her my dress with a handful of hooks saying he couldnt do my dress because I was being too particular and I should just do the bustle myself!! Then what the heck was I paying him for???? When I called to ask him about this he refused to speak with me and hung up! I will NEVER go there again and I would reccomend that anyone else wouldnt either!! what a crock of bull!!!!

I took my prom dress here for alterations and we agreed on a length. So I picked it up and the sewing was the worst I have ever seen and the front was shorter than agreed on and the back was still long which was what I was worried about, not really the front. My really expensive Sherri hill dress was ruined and I went to get my money back and the customer service sucked. The man was rude and we didnt get any of our money back. NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED

Took my daughters prom dress here. The wonderful staff altered it to perfection. The consultation was extensive and detailed. The tailor was very patient and helpful. The service was excellent. Will be going back for myself very soon.
