In all sincerity I am not one to write negative reviews, but I was so appalled by how this business treats their customers...if you need dry cleaning perhaps they will do a fine job, I do not recommend taking clothing to be altered here however. If you have had positive experiences in the past with this particular business, by all means continue going, but this review is here to warn people nevertheless. My experience: No more than two weeks ago I took a dress in to be altered for an event. I was specific, clear, and pointed out what I needed done, and the seamstress assured me thered be no problem. After Id say a little less than a week I came back to pick my dress up, I was very busy that day so I did not have time to try the dress on, so I payed and left. Once I got home I realized the seamstress did not do what I asked. She very slightly took in the waist of the dress, and width, but did not take in the bust as I requested. A few days later I drove back (because they would not answer the phone after several calls). When I arrived I spoke to the same seamstress who "altered" my dress. I politely told her that there may had been some miscommunication and pointed out where the dress still needed to be taken in (mind you this was a small alteration, the dress wasnt much bigger than my current size.) Well, the seamstress basically said that no one in the entire building could fix this and would not even offer me a partial refund. Horrible business on their part, if the dress could not have been fixed by them , they should not have agreed to alter the dress in the first place...unbelievable. In the end I had to wear a completely different dress to the event and wasted money... I could hardly afford to pay for this in the beginning. So with this said let this be a warning to those who are looking at getting their clothing altered here.

I always trust my clothes with them! I am particular on how I want my clothes to be done and they it right. Ive been going there for years and wont go anywhere else. I also get my pants and skirts hemmed regularly bc of my height and they are on time. Never had a problem with their service!!

Picked up a pair of pants that came back with a spot that wasnt there. Would not do anything about it
