Go to the barbers with the most customers. Especially the barbers that cut all the kids hair. Those are the ones that listen. The two in the back when you first walk in are butchers. The girl dont listen needs to go back and learn some pointers. Frank is excellent. the barber next to him is good . the black dude with the beard is great. The other side is pretty good. BUT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THE TWO IN THE BACK. They will butcher you people I promise you . Just be patient and wait for the good barber to open up. Ive been going to this Barber since 2014. So dont deal with no egos because they need you to make money

This is a very impressive barbershop with a major investment from whoever owns it!! I have been to several barbershops, but my experience at Roots Barbershop came different: Huge place, clean, professional and here youll find my favorite girl barber, Donni. She does an excellent job. I watched her work, and I saw someone who takes her job seriously. Shes very organized and tech savvy. She follows up with you, and shes on top of her appointments... She doesnt rush on your cut either. Ask for Donni, you wont regret!!

This place is amazing it is very professional and welcoming. I been at new roots 3 times Josh is the man and he does what he does best cut hair. I make an appointment and I walk in on time he is ready they all are. I waited one time and it was for 20 minutes most places around lawrenceville buford and Suwanee u waiting for 45 minutes and then they tell you theyre booked all day not from new roots I highly recommend this place

It took hours to just be acknowledged in there. People would walk in and be greeted instantly. I pay the same amount as anyone else. I dont see how a barbershop with 10 chairs , had only 5 ppl working. Horrible customer service. Horrible work ethic. They cut someones hair , and break for about 30 mins. I wouldnt recommend coming unless you call in advance. Horrible waiting times. They have NO order .

For those that are conoisseur of quality artistic cuts, you arrived home.Not your regular Great clips shop..lol Frank is the Master barber that has been handling my fades, brows, and long haircuts for over 5 years. Did I mention the flat screens and chilled out couches to wait in while your appointment is due? While $15 is the norm, I do $20. Para la gente que save vengan se Ali Bueno!

Today was my first time stepping inside New Roots Barber Shop and I left 100% satisfied. I havent been to a barbershop for a cut in three years so I was really questioning if I should or not, but Im glad I did. My boy Rell got my cut exactly how I wanted it all the way down to the beard. Been going to new roots for about two years & I have never had a bad experience. Its kid friendly but also nice and relaxing for adults. Shawn is by far the best barber Ive met I have dreads and he never once cut into them no matter how much new growth Ive had. Denise keeps me laughing! Good people and good prices and most defently a good experience EVERY time.

I go there every two weeks and get my haircut and If I could i would go even more. Juice, the gentlemen who does my haircut, always does an excellent job and also always provides great service and conversation. Overall, the shop has a multitude of great barbers and always a colorful group of guests. Its a great place to go and get a cut.

The people here are like family. Great atmosphere Great Service. They keep you laughing. You know how you go to a barbershop and only 1 or 2 guys can cut well here every barber can cut!!
