I take my son here for walk-ins and he usually gets seated immediately. These barbers are professional and can cut hair and hold a conversation without taking forever...unlike a place down the road that I had to walk out of. Clean restroom, coffee, water, snacks and cable TV. And they play decent music that isnt flooded with profanity...unlike a place down the road that I had to walk out of...lol. Oh yea, they also ask for the parents permission before they take a picture of your childs fresh fade and post it on the internet. This is only place Ill go. Keep it up fellas.

Ive been to many barber shops in Atlanta and for the most part theyve been a dissapointment. Upscale distinguishes itself by the quality of the individuals that make up the establishment. They provide a very clean environment and they are highly skilled in their craft. As a father of 3 boys I am happy to take them to Upscale where the environment is not toxic but instead intellectually stimulating and without any pretences. And they got jokes :-)

Duane Bacon is absolutely the best!! Ive finally found an atmosphere that is respectful, clean, well maintained and overall great. Each of the barbers in this establishment treat all their clients with courtesy and respect. As a female client, I am comfortable in my surroundings and Im glad that Ive found a barber that knows how to cut my hair and I always leave satisfied. Guys, keep up the great work!!!

Great service and excellent barbers. Everyone was professional and courteous you could really tell that they value their customers and want to make meaningful relationships with them. They had drinks and snacks too while you waited. This was probably the most precise haircut Ive ever had. It was all in all a wonderful experience

Great conversations, no swearing and the BEST Barbers in Gwinnett!!! 5 years and counting, and its been a pleasure every single time I step in!!!
