Took my parents there to talk about transferring their arrangements from out of state, since they had already purchased their plots here. The person they were to meet with wasnt there and apparently hadnt informed anyone of the appointment. It took an additional 20 mins from when we got there to actually get into the conversation with someone. Right off the bat we were told they couldnt guarantee the same prices for what was purchased at the other home, since the other wasnt part of their network. We felt quite a bit of pressure to make a decision that day, which would have cost lots more money. The original funeral home out of state ended up referrals to a locally owned home, not corporate, and couldnt believe this provider wouldnt do more to match the original package price. Pricing for burial services also included items not required in Georgia, but were presented as if no choice.
