They dont communicate well.they almost never answer the phone and respond to emails. I got an email telling me about a position that was available,but it was a very brief description about the position.so i called the number at the bottom of the email over 5 times within 3 days and no one answered.I also replied to the email and it was like three days and no response.so one day i called three times in a row no answer so the nearest location is down the street from me so i went to the location and everybody was sitting at their desk.I was so upset all these people in here and no one answering the phone.i dont like that..and then once i get there you say you gave the position up.I am not pleased with this temp agency all.

I went in for an interview after completing their online application which basically consisted of me waiting in a little room for about 30 mins for someone to become available to help me. Then I was asked to give a urine sample which I assume tested for drugs. Then she sat me down and explained most of the jobs they have are light industrial which didnt help me much as I am seeking clerical/admin positions. I was there for about an hour. The staff talked openingly about placements and clients and sometimes what they said was not pleasant but they all sit out in the open, it is a tiny place so they have no real privacy.

Hire Dynamics is great staffing agency. Kimberly Titshaw is a wonderful staffing agent. Kimberly has always been available to answer any questions in a professional and patient manner. Due to extenuating circumstances I made a request for a specific schedule and she was able to find a warehouse position that not only utilized my skills as a cherry picker, but offered the exact schedule and hours required to meet my needs. Anyone looking for Temp or Temp to hire work should use Hire Dynamics and would be blessed to work with Kimberly .

I have been registered with hire dynamics in McDonough, GA for over 5 years. They are very professional onsite and the recruiters do the upmost to make sure you get a part time or full time position that youll enjoy. Usually the job offers are local or within 25 miles of commute from McDonough, GA. The interview process moves really quickly and its really easy to get another assignment if your current assignment ends. The McDonough location is not professional at all. They ask you to lie on your review before they can find you a job. Pattie is very unprofessional and so is Debbie. Debbie asked me to lie and give a good review . Pattie used me for a assignment for a week and then sent me a text and told me the assignment was ended and not to report back. I asked her why and she never responded and she wouldnt answer her phone when I tried calling her. That was unprofessional, who fires someone through a text ?

They lied to me about the position and how much I would be making to my face. I was suppose to move tires at Pep Boys for $8.50 But they had me rebuilding the warehouse, driving a forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker. Thats a $10/hr position, so I told them about the problem and they told me I was in training, which was FALSE.. there was no training when I walked in there. Took a look at my pay sheet and they only paid me $7.25/hr. What a horrible way to treat a worker. Thanks for nothing.

Hire dynamics is awesome place to be. They helped me find a job. That job wasnt for me so Scott and Kimberly assisted me in finding the right position. Scott is great in the warehouse and Kimberly is such a sweet person!!! I would recommend this company to anyone. If I take anything with me it will be the " no excuses your going to succeed" lesson from Scott and how Kimberly treated me like a family member and checked up on me. Only con would be when Im hired I wont see everyone as much.

I truly love all the recruiters at the McDonough Georgia office, I actually went in for another position, but received a call from Mrs. Debbie Smith in reference to my current assignment Im working now. I love this agency they put you to work very fast within a couple of days actually. They also gave me a temp to hire position at a warehouse and within five days of working very hard I have moved up a position. They dont do small assignments like most temp agencies. Awesome experience in the McDonough office!! I happened to be riding by and stopped in casually inquiring about work. To my surprise, I was welcomed in and invited to fill out an application! I was told to come in the next morning for orientation. The next day I met with Patti Morris who was super cool! She got to know me and my work experience and got to work right away to get me placed! Im very thankful for the opportunity!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Scott Bruuce a manager at Hire Dynamics staffing agency.I was broke down in the middle of the road this morning. No one stopped to help! No emergency services in sight! I was scared I would be hit due to the 55mph speed limit. Scott blocked the road with his car and pushed by SUV to the shoulder. I will recommend every person I know to Hire Dynamics. God bless you young man!!!!!

They are also very hands on Kimberly Titshaw was amazing she was very hands on and serious about helping me further my career in any way she could I would most definitely recommend Kimberly Titshaw if you are looking for good service in the mcdonough area she is amazing and so is the staffing agency .

Worst agency Ive ever worked for. at least the McDonough, GA office is. Jobs are garbage, their communication/customer service skills are trash, and the people that work in the office are not helpful at all. I registered with them because theyre literally around the corner from me, but I actually got a job from another agency thats further away. Steer clear of this agency. Save yourself.

Man they gave me the wrong address to the place. I was driving 20 mins around trying to find the place because they wouldnt answer they phone. Then they finally pick up the phone to give me the lack of explanation to the destination, once I got up there I was late for my interview and the told me to come back in 3 days that was bad business but other than that they are okay I guess.
