BY FAR THE WORST TEMP SERVICE I HAVE EVER DID BUSINESS WITH . IF I COULD GO LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!!! Nothing but a office full of kids playing around with peoples lives and careers . Very unprofessional, they have lost some of my hours numerous of times , and refused to pay me for them. Theyre clock in method is a sheet of paper . When you call they put you on hold and have personal conversations with their co workers thats not pertaining to work . This temp service is not trying to help people at all , they are taking advantage of people . I have witnessed. If they make a mistake they are only going to look out for themselves and not the employee, A Surge Staffing Employer told me this themselves. Make no mistake . Do not come here

Very unprofessional. One staff member told to fill a pre application only to be notified by another that an application needed to be filled out online. Same staff member tells a client to arrive at 1130am, client arrives and that staff member went out to lunch. That is stuff you do not do and I would not return to them

Unprofessional, unorganized, Ive seen front desk staff copy your two forms of ID (social security card, license) place on front receptionist desk unattended. Theres people walking in standing over receptionist desk waiting to be help at the same time your vital records lay there unguarded.
