I started with this staffing agency as a last ditch effort for employment, after nearly a year seeking permanent employment. i went through the four hour orientation (which was only suppose to be 2 hours). I got a call exactly 24 hours later and was placed in a warehouse position. The work was easy and the pay was okay for the work. Now for the downside, the Onsite manager would robo-call me telling me to report for work by 3pm. A lot of times I reported before 3 and was told that there are enough people, and was sent back home. That was very disappointing. After several weeks of work, I was finally made a "Permanent Temp" so that was no longer an issue. The on-site manager had his favorite people who he became friends with, and that made it difficult to work daily. His friends reported daily and were paid, whether or not they worked. He would clock them in and save a place for them he even allowed them to "Ride the clock" when there was no more work on their lines. Overall, I cannot say anything bad or great about this company. Ultimately, whatever YOU do on the JOB will either HELP you or HINDER you in your career pursuits. My advice, to any Temp entering into the work force is : Watch your back and mind your own business, do not go to work for friends, but, instead go to work to EAT! Furthermore, if you are placed on an assignment that is not favorable to your needs, give your notice and move on. Whatever you do, do not burn bridges. Use every opportunity as a learning experience. Your FUTURE is in your hands. Prologistix is just a bridge, use it wisely and do not abuse the opportunity if you are fortunate enough to get it.

The man in location here is ok, but when you call someone and tell them you are scheduling an interview, and interview is whats expected. For a group orientation, then tell people. As for their jobs, who knows. Bit I did my 1st job yesterday. They were looking for people to work a shift that had Mads tory overtime because of all the work. I get there in day 1, at 1500 for a 1530 meeting with supervisor and 1600 work start. A group of us could not even clock in until 1630. Afterwards, we sat around until about 1730 because there was no work for us. About 1800 they told us to move some boxes from one pallet, to another (they were identical pallets with nothing wrong with the previous ones) talk about busy work. Then they want us to band them, 20 people with 1 banner, really. Come 1900, we worked about 20 to 25 minutes of our shirt. So at lunch at 1900, I told Lisa the supervisor that they dont need me because we are all standing around because there is no work. I said if there is work, then let me do it, Im not here to stand around. All she could say is, I just cant have you leave. So I said, if that means Im done with pro force, then I will find another company. Never in my life have I seen so much disorganization. No wonder trucks sit in doors so long waiting to get loaded and unloaded. Stay away.

PROLOGISTIX MAY HELP SOME POEPLE BUT THEY DO ALOT OF PEOPLE WRONG AT THE SAME TIME!!! BE CAREFUL BECAUSE BEHIND THAT SMILE THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR POCKETS SO THERE FOR THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IF AN EMERGENCY HAPPENS. THEY PLUGED ME INTO A JOB AND MY WIFE GAVE BIRTH ON THE SAME DAY AS MY FIRST DAY OF WORK. THEY TOLD ME SINCE I WASNT ABLE TO WORK THAT DAY THAT I CANT APPLY THERE AGAIN FOR ANOTHER (2 YEARS)....SMH... MIND YOU I CALLED IN WAAAAY AHEAD OF TIME. HORRIBLE WORK PLACEMENT COMPANY!! YOUR BETTER OFF APPLYING TO THESE JOBS WITHOUT THEM. MIND YOU, EVERY GOOD COMMENT YOU SEE ON HERE ARE FROM THE STAFF BECAUSE ONE OF THEM TOLD ME THATS WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO FOR THE COMPANY. THEY DONT DESERVE A STAR BUT THIS WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT AT LEAST 1.

I wish I could leave NO stars. This office is very unorganized and the staff is rude. After working my week in the hole I did not receive my 1st paycheck and no one could give me an answer as to why or expedite my money to me . In fact, I was given the run around and one of the staff members told me I would be getting a paper check over nighted to me. That was a lie. After waiting the weekend, I called the office on Tuesday and was informed that they do not over night checks. Overall, I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. This is just 1 of the many inconviences I experienced with this office. They really need to do better.

Ive had nothing but trouble from this company. After weeks of waiting, the first job was "temp to perm," but ended after four days. The second "temp to perm" lasted only two days. When I was finally offered a permanent job I was told I would be hired on after three months. After three months I was not hired on. Then I was told I would have to be hired on through another temp agency and wouldnt be hired onto the company until I had meet a list of requirements. Bottom line, the service from Prologistix is decent at best with crappy pay for the condition of work. This should be a last ditch effort.

Called them and gave them my number an supposedly Im not who I am. There very very rude. Really unorganized. Came in a month ago took a drug test for a job and that wasnt on file my drug test or my interview. The worst temp agency in henry county areas. Joined with select staffing that went bankrupt 3 times in the past 5 years. They are very unprofessional and dont care about there employees. Never will call them again. They will be out of business within a year. Very very bad company

When I put in my application with this company I was told if you score high on your test you where promise a high paying job, well that has not happen, I got sent to a job that pays 9.00 dollars a hour, the same job you get sent to if you fell the test. This company lies to get all these people in there office and they dont have the jobs that they say they do. I would give it no star,because there not true to there words and do not have good management team that works with you.

Had a excellent super productive 1st day then they lay u off for 3 days. Smh. If you trying to make a living this not for you. If you just bored an want to work 1 or 2 days out the week. Please apply! This is my first week. Ima do another review next week, just to make sure my impression is not a fluke.

Prologistix is a great company to work for!! I havent had any problems with their service at all. They tell you exactly what you need to know. Never any mix ups..
