I brought my truck in for an oil change and advised the employee at the counter I would also like for my windshield wipers to be replaced. He wasnt overly friendly, but it was right as they opened. Seemed like k was bothering him to be there. He told me he needed the key to my truck and my truck was pulled into the service area. Literally 7 minutes went by and my truck was parked at the front door ready to go. The employee at the counter said the total was 22.00. He then realized I asked for wiper blades, and then spoke to the employee who had performed the oil change. They offered to install the blades, I declined because I know they did not even look at my truck cause it needed front brakes and rear tires along with the wiper blades that I told them about. I paid for the oil change and left. I parked my truck for a few hours then left to run some errands. When I returned home I noticed very large oil spots where I park my truck. (The spots were not there prior to the oil change). I crawled under my truck and there was oil everywhere. I quickly checked my fluid level and it was a half an inch over the full tab so I believe everything is tight but the employee did not take an extra second to clean it up. I then began to inspect my oil filter which did not appear to be new (I can not confirm the brand of the last oil filter so I will give them the benefit of doubt) I will be taking my truck to a different service shop next time and might take it next week and get another oil change to insure everything was preformed half way properly. If they cant clean oil off the bottom of the truck and listen to a free upsale of parts, and be half way friendly they obviously dont take pride in their work.

I took my Lincoln in to see why it kept running hot. After I dropped it off, they first called and told me it was my water pump then called back and told me it was my thermostat. So I told them to go ahead with the job and also asked for an oil change. I picked my car up the next day and for a couple of days it ran just fine.... That is until I went up 85, the drive up was no problem but when I got ready to come back home my "H" hand starts to go up so I had to stop for awhile and put water in it. I took it back to them not once but twice because it did it again. They put it on a machine and say they couldnt find anything wrong with it, so the guy tells me hell top it off and to make sure I keep water in it. So when he took the top off the reservoir, a little stream was coming out, so he tells me its my head gasket and it would cost $3000 for them to fix it. Keep in mind that Ive already paid these people $900 to fix my car... So I go and get a second opinion... Comes to find out, these people didnt finish the job!!! When they replaced the thermostat they were suppose to replace the thermostat housing, they replace the front of the housing but not the back and now everything I put in (water or antifreeze) comes out because it has a slow leak. And now I have to dish out more money for someone to fix their mistake!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICES.

This is an incredible place to have work on your vehicle. At first, I wasnt so trustworthy of anyone due to the fact that I have a BMW and not everyone can service these cars. When I found out that they were certified mechanics, in addition to the receptionist being very friendly and helpful with obtaining information, I had the whole entire coolant system replace by them. I gave the repair a week to show any afflictions and Everything checked out PERFECT!!! So good that I am bringing more business to this place, plus, I have gained me a new mechanic of whom I can truly trust. I have been Thanking them a million times a day when I drive my baby back and forth. This place has very experienced mechanics and the timeframe was better than even the certified BMW mechanics. They finished a BIG JOB in ONE DAY!!! THEY ARE SO AWESOME!!!!

Been using Precision Tune Auto Care for a while. I would have gave a 5 but went to use a 10% coupon for any single service or repair over $100.00. Was told its no good due to the service was not over $100.00. Coupon did say any single service or......repair over $100.00.at want to reword the wording. I do like to save a bucks every now and again. Maybe word it for a repair over $100.00 only. Thought the option was there.

Have only experienced 1 visit where a very small issue arose, and it was resolved as soon as it was brought to Steves attention. The entire staff has always gone out of their way to help my wife and I with any questions or concerns we may have had. Highly recommended.

I have heard people complain about price but trust me, auto repairs and services are just expensive these days, regardless. These folks will do it right and follow up if any problems. For car repairs and service this saying is so true... "You can pay now or pay a lot more later."

Ive always been satisfied with the work they do but almost every time Im there they want to fix or replace something else. I dont ask them to check my filters and belts and then try to sale me something else. I ask for an oil change and thats all I want. They do that well and affordably and fast.

(Roy Thompson) tried originally to charge over $1000 for brakes, then come down to 750, then 450, then 245, and then only back brakes. Had a professional look at it and said half that price. Would never recommend this place again. THEY are crooks! Never go there.
