The worst experience I have ever had with mechanic repair shop. Now I have learned that these people have an alleged history with DUI, drug use and fraud. The wife who works in the office has a temper issue. They never returns calls and when the wife is questioned, she hangs up the phone on you after she screams profanities. The mechanic was hired to do a two day job and at the 7th day and after endless excuses and not answering calls, we had to call the police because they would not return our car to us. We paid the bill in full on the first day. When we finally insisted on picking up our car Christy, the wife told us to go "eff" ourselves and slammed the door on my husband. She is out of control and his mechanical skills are lacking, at best. We took our car directly to Fork to see if the work was done. We have documentation that the work was not done. In my opinion. They are crooks and drug addicts with a sorted history of stealing from many people. I am having to sue now.

Super nice people. I recently had my wheel bearings, roters, and break pads replaced, and they did an alignment. My car sounds and drives SO MUCH better, and they got it all done in only 2 days. When you pull up to the place it doesnt look that great, but they do an excellent job. I highly recommend going here if you are having car troubles in the Newnan, GA area.

I took my car to Newnan Family Auto for a oil change. The friendly service was excellent. And the knowledge of the technition was very impressive. I am very choosey about who works on my vehicles. The prices are reasonable.I will be trading with them in the future.

Horrible. Took a car to have a few minor repairs. It was kept over a month. Nothing was fixed. Nothing. And now the car has to be jumped off every time. These people have no clue what they are doing. DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLES TO THEM!!!
