So I needed brakes and rotors for my car. They didnt have the rotors so I had to order them, no big deal, but when I picked them up I got 2 different ones. I didnt think I needed to double check the so called "auto parts expert" so I left the store with em. Got home and got one side done, then got the whole other side ripped apart to find out the other rotor didnt fit. And guess what, they dont have the other one I ordered so now I have to drive way outta my way to get the right one I need. There is no way I can recommend this store to any body but if you do go there just do yourself a huge favor and double check what they give you to make sure its right. Our just do what Im gonna do and find another auto parts store.

Ordered 2 struts for my car and was told they would be in by 6pm. I called to see if they had come in - I was asked the basic questions of name, what type car and what item. I was placed on hold FOUR times - each time the person came back and asked what it was I was waiting on, what part I had ordered and/or what kind of car it was. Each time I was placed on hold, it was for at least 5 minutes each time. How difficult is it to remember what it is you are looking for?? Very poor customer service. I will not use this store again if I have a need to order a car part.

This is a typical Autozone. Sometimes I will get great service and then sometimes it is suspect at best. They usually have what I need but I have found Wal Mart to be cheaper on oil and cleaning supplies for the most part. They have a good parts selection and can get most things within a day or so. I wish prices were a little better all around.

I like the chain, but unfortunately the staff at this location were not very helpful in finding what I needed. But, they installed my wipers for free . In the rain, and that an one deserves 4 stars
