I gotta give these ole boys some credit! I have a 2014 RAM truck and Ive took it to 5 different tire shops to get my tires balanced because every since Ive put my Goodyear wrangler tires on nobody including the guys I bought the tires from could get them balanced right my truck would ride so rough that I thought I had Bent rim or my driveshaft was going bad thats how bad my truck drove...everybody told me something different. David at the service desk told me they would take a look at it, 45 minutes later my truck drove like new again i know somebody is gonna say its no big deal to Balance a set of tires , but when 5 big name shops cant get it right and your car/truck is driving like its on a gravel road at all times youll see how big of a deal out is then!! Thanks guys for getting my truck right Ill definitely be back

One word: Reputable Ive been going to Dallas Tire for about 7 years. Went in this week with a tire with a slow leak and also thinking my front end alignment was slightly off. The tire was cut to the belt producing the leak. they happened to have a very good quality used tire for me for $25. The alignment checked out fine and just cost me another $25. I needed to get tires on my trailer ASAP to leave town and head home. Regan bent over backwards to help me get tires the next morning at the best price and get me on my way, even though he knew I was from out of state and would not be a repeat Customer. If I lived in the Dallas area, this is the first place I would shop for tires.

Email bombed by these people. As a long time resident of California I cant understand that kind of marketing. Hey everyone in Georgia do me a favor and show these people that they should use local advertising and local means to build their business. Just find another tire shop folks, Im sure you have many choices.

Alan , Reagan , David , Dana and the entire team are extremely focused on serving their customers ....its good to watch the Golden Rule in action ! Dallas Tire can handle all the technical details of tires , brakes, etc. but its their friendly service that sets them apart !

Gave me good info when figuring out what tires I wanted to get. Actually steered me away from a more expensive set of tires, and instead recommend a set that better suited my needs. Great guys, but please give them a hard time about being Alabama fans.
