I live right down the street and needed a new radiator a while ago mofos didnt even put it in and charged me so much money just for me to do more damage to my vehicle testing it, they did put it in after I went back pissed, If you do go there make absolutely sure they cant f u over take pictures of the things you need or something, sue these aholes preying off people for a living or just go to jify lube in hiram theyre the ones who I went to after alpha bent me over and told me I needed a new radiator without me even telling them what my issues were. clearly the right choice, theyre much more professional and honest than these kids in my experience. Also when alpha sold me back my old radiator for hundreds of dollars mofos couldnt even put back the panel theyd been digging around in under my steering wheel and when I made them they halfassed it and broke a screw off dang!

I had to get emissions on my cars so I could get new tags. Alpha Auto had me in and out very quickly. The price was cheaper than most places around Hiram, the staff was friendly and the service was great. They even looked at the filters on my cars to let me know they would need to be changed soon, even though they are not the ones that do the maintenance on my cars. They showed me the filters so I would know what to look for when I take my cars to my maintenance guy and even told me about what the pricing should be for the filters. I am very, very pleased with the service I received.

Went in for a simple, routine brake checkup. I was told on the phone the price would be appx 80. I get there and they pull wheels off. 45 minutes later, they come in and say there are major problems. New price? Almost 400! I tell him to get my car back together bc Im leaving. "mike" says let me ask the Mgr for special price. I said no. I left.. I want to Bryant automotive in Hiram. I told them what was said. They inspected car and brakes.. Only needed the front set. 98 for parts and labor!! Very fast and friendly. Avoid alpha.. They are scammers. Bait and switch.

Poor service!! Lied to me on orginal price to replace my egr valve. Org. Price was $80 to $200 bucks. Final price $251. Will not be back. The owner did not reason and bragged he has 4 stores and I was dumb.
