I was there to get my hair redone and it didnt end up at all how I told the stylist. I asked her not to cut off too much of the front because I liked the length but to angle it a little. It went from my shoulders to my chin. My hair is thick so it needed weight to keep it from frizzing. I no longer have the weight, my hair has become a poodle. Not only that but I said I like the more jagged look in the back and just to trim a few excessively long pieces. Its now straight like a bowl cut. This is the first time Ive ever had issues here and Im really disappointed. Ive never left a salon and thought "I absolutely hate my hair and how I look." I wont be back for a long time.

The haircuts are okay but the stylists dont listen to what you want. Also dont understand the point of the Web check in if youre just going to wait behind everyone who is already there. I though the point was to save your place in line.

Patrice is an amazing hair stylist. I love the way she cuts my hair and she is super friendly and asks you what exactly you want in between steps of the haircut to be sure you get what you want.

Friendly and they do a good job at least for mens haircuts. Probably good for womens hair too because they just seem to care about what they do.
