If I could give a zero I would. I asked if they can straighten my hair no perm I have been natural for 4 years I called and told then said it again before I let then touch my hair so first lady did not treat with me with respect because she thought I was a child she also rushed me to shut up a few minutes later I smelled something and my head burn ....they permed my hair i was furious then said they it will look pretty ! they also cut half of my hair I had bra strap length now Im shedding and my hair falls out when I take showers I will never go back...they didnt use to be like that.

I called into the Salon to see how much it would cost for a blowout for natural hair. They explained to me that it would come with a free trim and free conditioner for $35. I thought that was a great deal for natural hair so I headed over there to get my hair done and it came out perfect. Only Problem: I went up to pay and they told me it was 45 instead of 35 and still wanted a tip! Now to be fair, the price for natural hair does cost more than relaxed hair, but they told me a completely different price.

So disappointed!!! Rushed there today to get my hair washed & set before going out of town. My hair looks aweful. The lady that washed & set my hair did a sloppy job and the other short lady that flat ironed my hair did a poor job. My husband pointed out several areas in the back of my hair that wasnt flat and flakes throughout my hair. Needless to say Ill be redoing my hair after paying $45 plus a tip for nothing. I wont be going back. Ill buy my own UNA products from Amazon and do my hair.

I was looking for a Dominican Hair Salon in the area and I decided to give this one a try. I arrived around 4:15 pm and they were able to take me immediately. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. The lady that styled my hair was Jackie and she did a great job. I was in and out in under 2 hours and my hair looked exactly as I expected! Definitely will be using this salon as my go to Dominican Hair Salon spot for my quick blowouts!

I went to this salon to get my hair blow dried and flat ironed after calling for pricing and verifying price twice. I was told $30 ( I found this price low) I was told at the end of my services $65 (I found high) I literally contacted the BBB about this salon poor business practices. I had to dispute a $65 charge because I only authorized $30 on my card. Beware scammers!!!

BEWARE! I went for a simple wash and blow out, the insisted I get my ends trimmed and WAKED my hair off, 4 inches. I keep looking on the floor to see how much was cut, but she was catching it in her hands. Not only did they cut my hair off, but the cut was so UGLY, uneven and they only way to fix it is to cut it some more!

DO NOT! DO NOT COME HERE!! My 1st and last time coming here! They are very rude! Very Very Slow! They cut your hair instead of trimming! My curl pattern Isnt the same anymore. If you are natural and you care about your hair DO NOT COME HERE!! Truly disappointed.

Lupe was a lifesaver. After a stylist canceled on me at another salon she gladly took me in even though they were supposed to close. She trimmed and cut my hair into a style and took great care of my hair! Thank you, you definitely have a new client.

I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with Lupe!!!!! She washed and pressed my daughters hair...and she also put a perm in my hair...our hair is looking Gorgeous!!!!! I Highly recommend her!!!!!! Very sweet lady
