We had previously had good experiences with my boys, but last night our daughter wanted to get her first actual hair cut. She is 6 and HAD really long beautiful hair, but wanted to shorten it as it was getting pretty far down her back. We showed the stylist about where on her shoulder we wanted it, and that we wanted maybe some layer or shape around her face. She preceded to chop 5+" off leaving our girls hair above her shoulder! We cant even get it into a ponytail for gymnastics meets. I dont understand how you can do something that drastic without direction to do so...I mean start small and ask. Worst part is when it was brought to her attention she couldnt have cared less...NOT coming back
