I had been going to this hair salon for two plus years, as I am natural. In the past I loved this salon because they took great care of my natural hair, had great prices and were very friendly. until recently ive never had an issue with this salon besides the long wait for service. about 3 months ago I visited the salon and the shampoo lady was so rude. she has a terrible attitude. as Ive mentioned before my hair is natural so on occasions my hair tends to get tangled. upon my arrival to the shop the shampoo lady screams across the shop for me to comb out my hair because shes not doing it.. Ive never been so mad and embarrassed in my life. Then she proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers telling me that I never pay the extra fee for detangle.. which is not true seeing as though I have never had an issue there before and they always give me my price at the door, I pay and leave. I told them im never coming back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! i had been waiting in that shop for 4 hours before i ever even got shampood because she didnt want to help me. she also proceeded to help other customers that had arrived after me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! i will never spend my money with them again.

The hairstylist were very rude! Didnt have a conversation with their customers just spoke in Spanish the whole entire time! Only time they did talk was if a regular came in! This was my 1st and last time visting the salon! My kids came with me into the salon and my daughter actidentlly dropped her drink! The woman gave me uncessary mouth after I cleaned up the mess my kids made! She was very unprofessional about the whole situation! If I didnt need my hair done I wouldve walked out and took my business else where! I sat in the salon for over 3 hours waiting for 1 girl to do my hair until finally another girl comes from the back and start doing hair! Ive never stayed in a salon that long for a blowout! I dont recommend this shop to anyone! Sorry if I stepped on any toes about this being your favorite salon! And to the woman doing hair I understood what you were saying in Spanish about me and my kids! And if my kids wasnt with me I wouldve gave you wanted you needed.. But I refuse to show out in a public place in front of my kids! The towels they dry hair with smelt like vingar and wasnt a very pleasant smell! I would recommend using a different washing powder or bleach

Called and asked if they accept walk ins. Got there at 1:30 as requested and didnt leave until 5pm! For a wash, set, and blowout...really? I was so frustrated, i didnt even have time to stay for them to finish what i originally wanted done, however I did like my hair in the end, it just took forever and the customer service and atmosphere was awful. Kids running around, and the stylist had very poor multi tasking skills. The potential is there for this business, but they definitely need customer service training.

Horrible. Upcharge for natural hair. Shampoo lady rude as hell. They donot like to nor understand dos and donts for natural hair. Starters holding spray with alcohol is a no no! Now my blow out from ladt night is puffy. They were rude rushed my press. Going to have to do myself. Never ckming back! Elsy dominican salon is great. She understands natural hair. Still an upcharge but beautiful. Never hitting Yves again. Just checking the competition#horrible and 4 hr wait compared to my 1 to max.

I have been growing my natural hair for 2 years I decided to get a blow out for my birthday at this place,, 3 weeks pass and I decide to revert back to my natural curls I was surprised to see different sides of my hair not curling .. I took it to a different salon they said I have really bad heat damage .. I will never come to this hair salon again..

Was washing clothes next door and stop in to price my daughter hair. Wasnt planning on getting it done but when I was told 55$ for her service she was in a seat within 20mins. The ladies were nice and very up front about pricing. She got a silk press which lasted 2 weeks.

My 13 year old daughter wears her hair natural and has a very tight curl pattern that others stylists have complained about but they washed and conditioned her hair and it came out so beautiful my daughter doesnt want to wear it any other way. Love it!
