This was my first experience at this shop and I was very disappointed! I walked up to the door that had an open sign up but it was locked. The lady was old and nervous and said she was open but stated no debit or credit card just cash only in a rude way. She didnt understand hair cutting terms when I stated how I wanted my hair. I think she is too old and unfamiliar with new age haircuts. All in all she didnt fade my hair and just did what she wanted. Never again will I go there.

Im convinced this is just a money laundering front, as the door was locked and the lights were off (though the sign said open). The woman that greeted me seemed surprised that I wanted a haircut and reminded me that they only accepted cash. Haircut itself was mediocre, not terrible.

Been going there for years. I cannot say enough good things about Neva Spell. As for it being a money laundering front, where in the world does anyone get off making such an accusation ? The barber shop has been there for years and was operated by Nevas dad before she took over.
