Would have loved to get my eyebrows done today. Online says you open at 9. Door was still locked and no one there at 9:05. Door sign said open at 9. Left and came back at 9:15...doors still locked and no one in sight. Didnt have time to wait any longer, had to get to work and wouldnt have time to do both.
