My first mistake was coloring my hair Auburn by box. My second mistake was not reading reviews for KelliPaul before i came. I called in to see if someone was available to do a color correction. I explained how i jacked up my hair and they insisted that i come straight in. When i got there i was quickly assisted by a hair stylist. However little did i know, the hair stylist that was supposed to be correcting my hair had only been doing hair for 1 week! After being at the salon for 2hrs i asked her how long she had been doing hair. She said she had been working there for 6months doing washes and collecting money and had started actually styling hair the week prior. EEK! At this point she asked me if i liked my hair.....(are you kidding me?) My hair was exactly the same color! I was just less 120.00 in my pocket and my hair was more damaged by her coloring it and toneing it. I told her it was the same color and she said she would tone it down so it wouldnt be so red. One hour later... (yep thats right almost 4hrs) my hair looked the same. We discussed how i wasnt happy and she and the receptionist said for me to come back the next day for them to correct it yet again for FREE! Before coming in the next day i called in and spoke to the receptionist to see if i could get someone with more experience because i didnt have cconfidence in the week old hair stylist that had charged me 120.00 that day. Did I mention that i was nice enough to tip the girl because she was persistant on telling me how she stayed past her shift for me....(mistake #3) I was told to come in at no charge the next day! I came in the next day and was in good hands with an experienced stylest. She was afraid to bleach my hair back blonde completely so she put in highlights. 3 hours later my hair was a step closer to being OK. As i was leaving I spoke with Paul to make him aware of the problems within his Salon and he was one of the rudest people i have ever met. He wanted me to pay a difference of 30.00 and i told him he wasnt going to get it. Then he said he would let it go this ONE time because of the miscommunication on his stafffs behalf. (How freakin nice of him). He then informed me that the stylist that actually corrected my hair wasnt going to make any money for her services that were done on me today. (3 hrs correcting someone elses mess & she wasnt gonna get payed???) Maybe he was trying to make me feel bad so I would pay so that he wouldnt have to. Or maybe he really wasnt going to pay her...since he is that much of a douchebag. To finalize my review.... I called in to speak with the stylist to see when she was going to highlight my hair next and was informed that she was let go the day after i was there. DO NOT TRUST THESES PEOPLE! EXSPECIALLY WITH YOUR HAIR! THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE THAT SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS! THOSE OF YOU THAT GO TO THIS SALON....... ILL PRAY FOR YOU

Unfortunately, I have to provide a poor review. I dont normally do this but finding a goo salon is so important and I dont want others to have to go through this. I am new to the area and selected KelliPaul based on the positive google reviews. My color and cut experience was horrific. The stylist cut a chunk of hair off from one side of my head. When I went back to have her touch it up, she attempted to shorten my hair, cut the chunk deeper on the side and left me with an uneven butcher of a cut. I have since had to find another salon to attempt to repair the damage. I have had to cut 6 inches off my hair to cover this up and still have to wait 2-4 months for this to grow out to this short style. If I could give a lower score, I would.

Ive been going to Paul for over 10 years. I have extremely curly and hard to manage hair. He has been the only stylist Ive used who can "tame the beast." I also like that he has me embrace my hair and helps with styling and giving me advice to help it look its best rather than change it to just blend in with everyone else. If you listen to him and do what he says, your hair will be fabulous too and will always get compliments! Fair prices and an amazing, fun staff always equals a great time for anyone who comes!!

Found KelliPaul on Google and was a bit leary. I was looking to make a big change and thats always nerve wracking. Needless to say I was more than satisfied. Kadri is a miracle worker. He changed my whole look and I LOVE it. Not only was he the best the environement was so chill and everyone was super nice. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend it to others.

I love the salon, there is a very friendly staff. Very Clean!! I moved from Philadelphia and and was referred to this wonderful sytlist Daniel. He gives great consultations and listens to what you want. Daniel makes me feel relaxed and I leave feeling like a star!! ps he does all types of hair, I get compliments everywhere I go about how healthy my hair looks!!!

I love this Salon!!! Everyone is super-friendly and attentive!!! They carry all Redken products, Pureology and Brazilian Blow-out! My hairdresser JayLee is the best and always take care of my hair needs.... Best highlighter in town. The other hairdressers are amazing as well; based on what I hear from their customers! Love coming here!!!!

I always enjoy my experience at Kelli Paul Salon. Jaylee always makes sure she knows what I am looking for before she begins any process. My cuts are always amazing! I have a lot of hair so it takes quite a while to do I have a color and highlights. She always makes me feel well attended to and never rushed.
