If I COULD RATE THIS RACIST POS OFFICE A BELOW ZERO I WOULD!!! THE RECRUITERS ARE SOME LYING, NO FOLLOW UP, RACIST, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, INCOMPETENT...NEED I GO ON!!! WAS REGISTERED WITH THEM AND PHYSICALLY WEMT TO THE OFFICE AFTER BEING TERMINATED FROM A ASSIGNMENT AND WAS GIVEN A CARD BY TAYLOR LYING ASS. SHE SAID JUST UPLOAD YOUR RESUME AND ILL BE INTOUCH...SOUNDS SIMPLE YET ALTHOUGH IM OVER QUALIFIED FOR MOST OF THEIR POSITIONS. I DID MY USUAL BY CALLING AND EITHER SPEAKING WITH HER OR LEAVING SEBERAL MSGS AND NOTHING NO RETURN CALLS, NO FEEDNACK NOTHING. ALSO THE SAME WITH KIMBERLY SHE STATED TO PUT MY RESUME ON FILE. HOWEVER AND SAID SHE HAD A ASSIGNMENT FOR ME AND THAT SHE WOULD CALL BY MONDAY. SO I COULD START THE ASSIGNMENT ON TUESDAY. WELL MONDAY CAME AND I EMAILED AND CALLED HER SHE NEVER RESPONDED. WHICH COST ME TO LOSE A BACKUP OPPORTUNITY WITH A MORE RELIABLE STAFFING AGENCY. IF THIS IS THE KIND OF WHITE PEOPLE THAT OBVIOUSLY PUTS ON A MASK FOR US BLACKS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOUR COMPANY HIRES TO REPRESENT YOU. WELL A LAWSUIT SHOULD BE SMACKED ON YOU. FOR NO YOUR NOT OBLIGATED TO HIRE. HOWEVER YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON UOUR WORD THAT YOU WOULD EITHER CALL IR EMAIL WITHIN 48HRS. HOWEVER TO DO NEITHER SAYS ALOT. ALSO HIRE SIME BLACK OR HISPANIC PEOPLE FOR YOUR OFFICE!!! IT COULD USE SOME COLOR...

I called to inquire for a customer service position a week ago and spoke with Bryan. Bryan seemed very professional and told me to give him a call back if no one called me about the position. I called back this morning and spoke with Ariel, she was very rude and argumentative with me all because i asked to speak with Bryan...i now feel this temp agency is very unprofessional and they do not follow up. Try another branch or another service. Do not waste your time with norcross branch.

Mechelle, the office manager was very professional and helpful concerning the job offers and requirements. Taylor was also helpful, professional and gave great tips as to improvements to information submitted. Great office environment. Appreciated them MUCH! Id recommend their office to anyone. They acted as if they CARED! SO far so good with the initial steps.
