Horrible service. The owner is very rude, a sarcastic person with no customer service skills at all. I went to this shop with my son that have curly hair, and the first thing that I asked was: can you cut curly hair? The owner answered: Im a professional. ... he didnt treated us as a professional. My son showed him a picture of a hair cut that he wanted. But the guy didnt know how to do it so he did whatever he wanted to do. I told him I I didnt like him, so he had to fix it, and he did better but giving us attitude. So we left unhappy. Then my husband went few days later without knowing what I went thru. When he came home he was so mad and humiliated. The owner was teaching a guy to cut hair with our son. So he was taking a very long time to cut a hair that he didnt know how to cut, when my husband ask him to hurry up that he had thing to do, the owner ask him to stay calm and to trust him. My husband told him with a very poor English that he had things to do...after some other words the owner ask my husband: did you voted for Donald Trump? He is about to win....... we are a Hispanic family that work and respect even body,but this guy is out of control. ..... we wont go again. .. I hope no one else go this place and leave feeling like us. ... good luck everyone.

Great service Barber Professionals raise the standards of professionalism. When I first visited the shop with my son i had a warm greeting by everyone. The front desk coordinator took the time to find out what type of haircut I wanted for my son she had patients with me because of my accent it is sometimes difficult to understand me. My appointment was made with Gerry the Master Barber. He was patient with my son and had a great conversation with my son as well, this was the first shop I visited where all barbers wore gloves and sanitized there clippers before and after the hair cut. The atmosphere was excellent and very family oriented I highly recommend this Shop and will be returning there soon. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Barber Professionals not only provides you with quality haircuts and first class service, but more importantly an amazing experience every single time! I understand that people have their own opinions and such, but an experience like the one youll get, youll be wanting to going back for sure. Gerry goes out of his way to purposely give grade A service. This has been a trend I have seen from him for the past year. Its not just a job or a business, but a lifestyle to the barbers that works there. If you havent given this shop a try yet, I highly recommend it! Gerrys the man!

Im a Military Disabled Veteran Ive been coming to Gerry Ridore before he had his own shop back in 2013 I was looking for a barber relocating to Georgia I found Gerry and his Brother in a shop they shared the atmosphere when I walked into the shop it was a warm and friendly feeling that I felt so once I experienced that now 2016 Gerry has his own shop and still displays the same personality and awesome work ethic and still provides the same warm friendly atmosphere that I first experienced back in 2013 now Gerry and I are now friends and i will continue to be customer.

I usely do not write reviews, but I must say I was very satisfied with my visit. Being a girl I was skeptical about going to a barber to maintain my short hair, but Gerry made me feel very comfortable. When I was in there I honestly felt like I made a new friend versus a barber. Gerry was very friendly and talked to me the whole time and understood the desire look I was going for. I was more than satisfied with the service, and fell in loveeeee with my haircut! Professional!?!!?! Hell no. Took him about an hour to do this and then charged me $25!!!! Someone had to tell me later on in the day and took this photo. Will not be going back.
