The attendant lady(Lou )working this morning was the reason I will continue to bring my business over. She was courteous on my mystery inspection visit and nothing changed when I came back For actual services. She was proactive with her customer service. The washers are Good i did not say great because there is no such thing as great wash in commercial laundromat used by everyone. That is just my OCD. As far as the dryers do not expect .50 cents to dry a $2.00 load machine unless you want to walk around musty. Do not come with little money lots of clothes and blame the machines that applies to most laundromat. I do admit some are rip offs but this is definitely a decent one. The bathroom was clean on my inspection in the evening and so it was this morning plus remember this is not your house and you did not bring a maid. I found Klassy Klean to really owning up to its name. I do not give five because there is always room for improvements in all in life.

WORST experience ever! Gave 1 star because no stars wasnt an option. After coming here for over a decade, I will never be back. I brought everything here because for years and years I got a delta discount. Last time I dropped stuff off, I asked about the discount. She said she never heard of any discount, and called the owner on the phone, and they gave the usual discount. Next time I took stuff in, the same exact lady said she wasnt aware of any discount. Today, there was a different girl at the counter who was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a store. By far! Its. It about the discount, its about being treated like dirt. Will not be back.

I arrived just to wash a few loads at 9:50pm. I have my own dryer. The attendant said that the last wash is at 10pm. The posting stating such and signs also said they closed at 11pm. It would have taken 15 - 20 mins for the wash cycle to complete. These late night attandants are getting over on the owners by turning away customers and closing down early. That causes the business to loose money. The real said part is I sat here and watched a couple come in at 10:15pm and started washing clothes. I got it all on video. This is horrible service. I even asked her to call the owner and she said she wasnt doing that.

Unique Place. Bring the children they are welcome... They have a play area for them. Ive been in that place during the early mornings and late at night. I have not been spoken to harshly like I have at other spots, nor has anyone fussed at my children...active as they are. The attendants ask if they help you out when you leave or will just come out and hold onto the carts; or whatever. I thank them for being so pleasant. They do make laundry day better for me.
