I decided to try this place after seeing their coupons advertised. When I dropped of my clothes on Monday , January 1st at around 11 am, I was impressed with the service from the gentleman in the front counter as I told him that it was my first time there. He welcomed me and quickly processed everything. He even signed me up for text notifications. Overall, I was happy with the service. However, two days later , my experience turned unpleasant. I ended up not receiving any text notifications even though the first gentleman assured me I would get them after I gave him an extensive amount of personal contact information. Nonetheless, I wasnt going to wait for a text message. I remembered that my clothes were supposed to be ready on Wednesday by 5 pm, so on Wednesday, 1st of February, at around 6 pm, I went to pick up my clothes and ,sure enough, they were ready for pickup. However, my experience then was completely different. When I got there I was barely acknowledged, let alone greeted. I caught the employee , an older lady wearing a hat, exhale seemingly annoyed. She seemed to be the only person working there. I handed her my ticket. She almost snatched it out of my hand, read it , and just canned it the trash. She brought my clothes over then quoted me the price. I was a little bit surprised by it, asked her if the coupon was applied, and she responded by saying that I can clearly see for myself on the receipt stuck to the clothes that I hadnt had a chance to take a look at yet. Since I hadnt carried enough cash with me, I had to quickly use my phone to transfer money from my savings into my checking account. She looked at me and asked me in an irritated tone, "What are you doing???" It seemed futile for me to explain myself to her since, at that point, she clearly wanted me to just pay and leave. "Its just that Im kind of busy here", she told me. I told her that it would be quick. She left to continue working, told me to let her know when I was ready. Five seconds later I was done. The whole transfer easily took less than 15 seconds. As I was going to pay, I saw that the card terminal had NFC capabilities. I tried to use my phone to see if I could pay with it. She looked at me confused. I asked her if I could pay with my phone. NO YOU CANT, she said looking at me like I was stupid. So I paid with my card and left. It was crazy to see how different my experiences were in this establishment. I ended feeling like my business with them wasnt wanted at all. Their prices were considerably higher than the local competition even though the quality was the same. The service was the worst I have experienced in ANY type of business I have been to. I cannot recommend this place to anybody and I wont be returning.

I called just to ask some basic questions about their pricing and turn around times and was returned with nothing but attitude and snark. Ive never received care of this low quality in my life. I will never take my business here.
