Ruined my NEW king size comforter by drying it on too high a temperature. I had specifically asked if it could be dried on low temperature and owner assured me he would. When faced with the damage, owner said he dried it on low temperature as instructed and damage could have happened prior. I told him it was brand new and showed him the receipt, purchased just barely three months prior! I told him I could accept a mistake was made but I would not do business with a dishonest person. If you value your clothes, DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!!

Worst Customer Service. The owner ( thats what he claimed to be) over charged me and when I asked to clarifiy the charges he said I am a hassle and asked me to leave. I have been using them for a while and I checked my previous bills and seems like I have been overcharged before. Never complained about that before but never going back there...

BAD Experience! Dropped off clothes. Realized my bill was high. I went back to get 3 garments back which were charged high. The owner got mad that I wanted 3 of 7 garments back. Ripped off tags and said I was a hassle. Not going back again. I had been going there over 2 years. Never asked about getting refunds or garments back ever before.
