This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I went into the store to pick up my clothes and noticed that there were several stains on my husbands shirts. I asked the manager what the issue was with the shirts and why there were stains on not just one, but two of the shirts I was retrieving. He immediately started yelling, telling me that I was a liar, that I brought the shirts in that way and that I could pay $5.00 more for him to try harder to get the stains out. When I called my husband to ask him about the stains, the manager continued to yell and tell me the stains were already there. I told him I would just have my husband talk to me about the stains before figuring out if I needed to ask for a refund. At that moment, he proceeded to yell and scream at me, tell me that I was a liar, and as I was walking out of the store he told me to never bring my clothes there again. The disrespect was disappointing and unfortunate as I really just wanted to understand why there were stains on my shirt. For him to yell and scream at a customer in that manner is unwarranted. I would urge you not to take your business to this establishment as there are other cleaners in Atlanta that will take much better care of you.

I have been going to Chastain Cleaners for the past two years, ever since I moved to Atlanta. The workers there are extremely friendly and they have always done a good job. Not once have I had a bad experience and I highly recommend going there!
