AWFUL SERVICE - My wife and I went there for 2 years. The lady at the front denied the fact that they melted my hiking pants even though there were new when I dropped them off and melted when I picked them up. It was not their doing, end of story! They hemmed some pants in December and I wore them 2 times and the hem came out. I took them to her and she said she did not do the work?.?.? She admitted we brought them in to be hemmed 3 months ago, but said the work was not hers... It was like I was in the twilight zone! So, this was the 2nd time, I was worng and she was right. She still had (2) duvets my wife asked me to pick up. But, I asked her why she was so quick to blame me? She called me a sophiticated trash and told me to call the cops to get my deuvets back. So, Roswell police and I got my dueves. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

WORST DRY CLEANERS IN ROSWELL! They have a huge sign boasting that they clean rugs. I brought in my rug and asked them if they could clean it in a week.They agreed. Rug came back in the same dirty condition,only this time smelling of mildew with rust stains on it. Sent it back for a 2nd try only to find that they outsourced the cleaning and blamed the other guy. I spoke with the other guy who agreed to clean it a 2nd time and not charge for any of it since he had damaged it. This time the odor was removed,but the rust still remained. The worker called the owner and agreed to spot clean it to avoid paying me for the cost of the rug. When I returned the following day, the spot cleaning worked, but the owner was there asking me to still pay (this was a 2 month debacle).When I refused, she asked me and my husband not to come back.

my friend recommended this business after using them for 7 years. We have been using them now for over 4 years now and really love the attention to detail on everything they do. We have our church drapes cleaned there and they cleaned and stored my wedding gown. The manager lady at the store is always available to answer questions and concerns and really knows her stuff ! I would never trust anyone else with my clothes.

These cleaners have been doing my dry cleaning for 8 years. They have cleaned my business suits with coffee stains, my ties with apple pie on it and my white shirts with ketchup stains. When they heard my youngest daughter was getting married, they came to the rescue by fitting her wedding gown before the wedding and cleaning/preserving it after the wedding. Awesome service!
