Ive been a customer for 4 years and on numerous occasions have received garments that did not belong to me. Also, they have misplaced numerous articles of clothing, be it entire bags of clothes (5 pieces) and things like attachments ( ie cufflinks, ribbons, belts). If in the rare circumstance you have them admit to losing your garment, expect to be reimbursed so about 1/20 of the cost of the item. I moved my business elsewhere.

This is a fantastic cleaners with impeccable service. I will only take my fine clothing to this cleaner. I even dropped off a shirt I forgot had popped a button, it was returned to me with a new one sewn on! They truly go the extra mile and Im very grateful for their customer service. My husband loves them. They do a great job kn his clothes. I took a beautiful lace jumpsuit there and it shrunk significantly. They were semi nice about it. A bit frustrating to hear that I needed to take it back to Neiman Marcus and that there was nothing else I could do, but other than that they are nice.
